Just ok- heavy and bulky. Flat sides are uncomfortable to hold. Will probably trade when a sleeker design is available.

The restyle of the functionality of this phone is not left handed user friendly, everytime I try to do something I accidentally hit the sleep or phone button, moving it down to the bottom is vary inpractical, and putting a button to push for volume instead of the standard toggle is annoying too, I wanted to return, just didn’t want the hassle it would seem to make to return. Might become a Samsung girly.

Defective phone. When I’m on the phone I’m told by the person I’m speaking to that I sound like a robot. I hang up, call back and it’s fixed. Very disappointed to receive a defective phone

The battery charge lasts much longer than my old iPhone XR. There aren’t any times when the phone ‘freezes’, it generally works better, as expected. The camera is undoubtedly better but it’s hard to notice a definitive difference. I like the phone, it’s a modern convenience that would be hard to give up

I’m on the verge of hating this phone. I went from a iPhone 13 Pro Max to this. A bit smaller but more powerful. Well the frame is useless because I use a Otterbox with a clip, so the phone only goes on the clip one way because of this awesome new camera button. Which o accidentally click 15 times a day trying to get my phone out of the clip. This is because on the right side of a human body the phone has to go in upside down and backwards, so when you unclip it to answer the phone it’s upside down and backwards. So you gotta flip it around to see what’s going on. For some reason the dictatorship of the auto correct is wayyy off from my old phone. Other than that this is great. Speed, battery life is great as well.
