charging issues
the phone itself is ok but the usb-c is an issue i have to restart the phone just to get the phone to charge

Bad messaging connections! No RCS capability
RCS messaging not working for 2 months/not able to receive messages from anyone except IPhone users!! Screen is not consistently responsive. Glitchy phone, hoping for update to correct all problems with this phone. I should have stayed with my android phone.

Let us get you all the help you need; for iPhone users experiencing issues with RCS messaging, make sure your device is running iOS 18 or later, as RCS is available on Apple devices through the Messages app. If you are not receiving messages from non-iPhone users, check that RCS Messaging is enabled. To check the status of RCS Messaging, go to Settings, then Apps, and then Messages. In terms of screen responsiveness and overall glitchiness, it's best to look for any available software updates that may address these issues. Regular updates are frequently accompanied by bug fixes and device performance improvements. If the difficulty continues, it might be worth contacting apple support service for more help.

My husband’s phone. When I asked- he said, “two words”- “It works”….very well as a matter of fact. (I have same phone different color) I have heard NO negative comments about this new phone and I can certainly say, I have zero negative comments! Well worth our changing up models. (previously had the 12 ProMax and the 13 Pro Max) Initially I wasn’t thrilled with the USB2 connector, but we have even gotten used to that-and believe it or not, our new car has this USB2 connector built in! Can’t be any better than that.
