Q: What is the width between the legs of the table? Is the width between the legs over 22 inches? This question has been asked 4 times and not answered.

A: Without the leaf, the width between legs at the apron (where the legs connect to the table top) is 19inches. At the base, there is approx 25.5 inches between the bottom of the legs. With the leaf added, simply add 12. So 31 at the apron, and 37.5 at the base. With the right chairs, you can deff fit 6, they just might not be able to tuck all the way under. My chairs are 18in wide at base.

Quality needs serious improvement
This item is perfect for my space but the material is crazy delicate for a table, we had to return the first one to Target because dropping one piece about two feet caused the wooden side to crack. It’s also pretty annoying that the extender doesn’t self store. It’s a gorgeous table, had many compliments on it.

Damaged!
We bought this table twice. Both times it came damaged. Between these 2 purchases target raised the price of the table from $300-$450. 100% not worth the money! I will say that Target honored the original price when I ordered the second time. The customer service was very helpful in dealing with this item.

This table has not held up at all. There are scratches all over it and it and a few nicks as well. We don’t even use this table as an eating surface, it was more for decoration. I am so sad about buying this- don’t waste your money. This photo is after 6 months.

I got the brown (walnut color) one. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It's hard to find real, solid wood tables $300 or less. Even used solid wood tables can be expensive where I am (high cost of living city). I love that it has a leaf as well. I live in a small apartment and having the flexibility of that feature. Yes, you have to store the leaf separate, but a small price to pay for the lower price.

Love the look, hate the quality. Scratches insanely easily, this large scrape is from someone picking up a plate off the table. Also has several little scratches looking like bubbles burst and caused the seal coat to crack off. No kid, 2 adult home that treats this table very gently and it is scratched up after only 5 months of owning.
