Odd looking amd small - Atypical
Not sure what variety sweet potato these are, but they are not the typical ones we have in the South. They are extremely small and I am unsure about taste. I have not baked them, yet. Normally, I would eat one for a meal. In this case, I will have to bake both of them for one meal. They are about 2 inches wide (at most) and 5 inches long (edible part). Will not repurchase. I can get bigger ones for less $$. These are too small (for what I use them for) and too pricey.

I loved baked potatoes, but they take a back seat to the baked sweet potato... and didja' know they can be cooked in 1) air fryer 2) crockpot 3) insta pot 4) oven - but who wants to heat the kitchen?
