About the Author

Andy MacPhail holds an important place in Minnesotans' hearts as the general manager of the Twins teams that won the World Series in 1987 and 1991. His career in Major League Baseball includes leadership roles with the Chicago Cubs, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Philadelphia Phillies. He lives in Delray Beach, Florida. Bud Selig served as Commissioner of Major League Baseball from 1998 to 2015.
