Good basic wagon, wish was easier to pack up
Easy to set up and use, strong enough to carry heavy school supplies etc. Harder to pack up than I’d like- the side straps need to be about 4” longer to wrap the cover around it without breaking a sweat

The Exceptiobak LADIES and the Lacking LAZYS
I DISLIKED the lack of customer service from some employees that were getting off work and did not want to bring an item out for me. I DID LIKE the two young ladies that not only got the items for me from the back but also help set up one of them so I could transport the larger item I bought. KUDOS to you ladies. Shame on the two lazy men that did not want to do something called “go above and beyond” to assist a customer.

Doesn't have a lot of space, it's difficult to collapse and store as the bottom needs to wrap around it when closed and its a tight fit. Makes it difficult to use and less convenient than other carts ive used in the past
