    Complete let down

    I got these during the sale. I was really excited and the worker recommended them to me. I’m a pink girl so I was so obsessed with the color. I saw mixed reviews but I went ahead and got them. Target and Apple both have a 2 week return window which is ridiculous because of course they would mess up on the 3rd exact week. I started hearing static in the left ear which is the exact problem other people left on their reviews. I had to go all the way into the Apple Store an hour away for them to ship them off to either be repaired or a new set. What I received back were black beats. What they don’t tell you is that they don’t even manufacture the pink anymore so you will get the black ones. I was on the phone with Apple support upset because I wasn’t told I would get a completely different color because if I wanted black I would have bought black. I have had the Beats Solo 4s (pink) for over 2 years that have worked perfectly still and I really trusted the studio pros would be even better. ( bought them because the 4s would make my ears sore) Don’t be like me and getting stuck with “warranty” beats that’s not even the same color as you ordered.

    I absolutely love the pink Beats Studio Pro headphones! 💕 The color is so pretty and stylish without being too much, and they look even better in person. The headphones are comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is great with clear audio and strong bass. I also really like the noise cancellation for when I want to focus or tune out background noise. They’re stylish, comfortable, and practical enough for everyday use.     Waste of money

    Purchased these headphones a few times over the last few years and it’s always the same problem after about 10-14 days the sound gets distributed and having sound issues. People on the receiving end can’t hear you or it sounds like it’s underwater or very far!

    DO NOT BUY - headaches and neck pain

    I thought I missed a recall on these. After using them I started experiencing extreme headaches and neck pain within the first few weeks of wearing them. They are beautiful and aesthetic but they caused so much discomfort and pain. Once I stopped wearing them I was completely fine. I checked with target and Apple and both claim no recall.     Color chipping off!

    The brown is very beautiful but after less than 2 months the color started peeling! You can very gently run your nail over the area where the color started to chip and it just flakes off. I don’t know if this is an issue specific to the brown color but I have been using beats in general for several years and have never seen this. Incredibly POOR quality and the return window is very short. Buyer beware! The color is not just coming off in a tiny spot, it’s all over!
