    Waste of money

    Purchased these headphones a few times over the last few years and it’s always the same problem after about 10-14 days the sound gets distributed and having sound issues. People on the receiving end can’t hear you or it sounds like it’s underwater or very far!

    DO NOT BUY - headaches and neck pain

    I thought I missed a recall on these. After using them I started experiencing extreme headaches and neck pain within the first few weeks of wearing them. They are beautiful and aesthetic but they caused so much discomfort and pain. Once I stopped wearing them I was completely fine. I checked with target and Apple and both claim no recall. I would not recommend these at all. Very scary!

    Color chipping off!

    The brown is very beautiful but after less than 2 months the color started peeling! You can very gently run your nail over the area where the color started to chip and it just flakes off. I don’t know if this is an issue specific to the brown color but I have been using beats in general for several years and have never seen this. Incredibly POOR quality and the return window is very short. Buyer beware! The color is not just coming off in a tiny spot, it’s all over!

    Noise cancellation on these is equal to holding my hands over my ears

    I bought this for the noise cancellation advertisement. This is an ORDINARY set of headphones that simply plays music -- nothing more. I could hold both of my ears closed and achieve the exact same quality of noise cancellation as these headphones provide. They are not worth the stated price of nearly $400, and they are not worth the discounted price of $170. Just hype, but no appreciable noise cancellation here. I tried several other brands in this price range and went with Sony wh 1000xm6 headphones, which truly provides the noise cancellation that I need. I like Apple, but these headphones arej just a gimmick.

    got the sandstone color and its the perfect neutral color out of the box. great quality, fit perfect over the ear. I've had the solo beats multiple times but these are 10x better!
