    Love them

    Had my xm6 phones two weeks now and cannot leave them alone , they are great every thing reviewers have said are true they are fantastic love them .

    Great headphones, excellent sound quality, lovely colour, good noise cancellation. The only thing I would have expected from Sony is to not have sound leaking from the headphones so that other people can hear what you’re listening to, that’s the only thing that lets this product down.

    Best I’ve ever had

    Absolutely made up with these headphones, genuinely the best I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is fantastic, and you can personalise it exactly how you like. The features available through the app are brilliant and unlike anything I’ve seen on other headphones. I couldn’t be happier with them!

    Upgraded my CH700N phones

    Noise cancelling exceeds expectations. Traveled by train recently and frequently missed driver messages since they were filtered out. Nothing urgent missed. Sound was clear and very comfy to wear.

    First impressions are very good.

    Not had so much time to use the headphones yet but overall first impressions are very good, clarity, detail and noise cancelling all good, nice quick blue tooth connection, comfortable. I have a pair of Grado Labs SR325 on ear headphones which are, at present, my reference so it will be interesting to compare the two.

    A lovely upgrade from the XM5

    So, as someone who had the previous version, the WH-1000XM5, for a couple of years, I decided it was finally time for an upgrade and treated myself to the WH-1000XM6 in this absolutely gorgeous khaki colour! As with the previous version, the sound quality is amazing. They also feel noticeably lighter and look a lot sleeker and more premium than the XM5s. My only gripe is the new case. I wish Sony had kept the zipper! As someone who travels with the headphone case attached to my backpack, the older zipped case gave me much more reassurance that my headphones weren't going to fall out. The new case has a magnetic clasp which feels like it could be undone a little too easily, so I don't feel quite as confident travelling with it. Other than that, a lovely upgrade!

    Desperately uncomfortable

    Sound quality and noise cancelling are great, totally let down by comfort. The clamping force is too high, the cushions are not padded enough and the drivers push into your ears. Really disappointed as my old XM3s were so good.

    VG sound & noise cancelling, bad Bluetooth latency

    These headphones sound great and the noise cancellation is excellent. But I bought them to use via Bluetooth while practising on my keyboard and sadly the bt link has such bad latency that they're unususable for this purpose except via USB cable. Therefore only four out of five stars.😐

    Brilliant ear phones

    Great sound - easy to connect - fits in ears perfectly and allows you to adjust to your ears for perfect pitch. Connects tv ed it to my Sony Bravia to and my I phones and it switched effortlessly. Great battery life and very immersive.

    Excellent product

    Used it 3 times now on plane. Super sound quality even though I'm agged! Only one wish.. reduce the pack away thinknesss so that can fit inside work bag neatly ad supply rope type lock so that can attached to work bag?

    Amazing headphones.

    Upgraded from the XM3 (which I loved) and the difference is amazing. They’re so comfy and the sound is amazing. Noise cancelling is also brilliant - been having some work done on the house and they’ve been a godsend whilst working to block everything out. Battery life is really good. I’ve only had to charge them once so far and they’ve been heavily used. I’m so glad I decided to go for a newer model. The only downside is it took me ages to find an equaliser that was good for me - even the equaliser finder didn’t really help but I googled some settings and have finally got them where I want them to be.

    Great piece of kit!

    I was mulling over which headphones to get and these XM6's were coming on top on majority of the reviews and comparisons sites. Sound quality is awesome on them and the ANC is also very good. Only negatives for me at this stage is that they markup really quickly and also tend to slip off when doing any activities in the gym that require you to look up like bench pressing etc. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars.

    Excellent Sound Quality and Comfort

    I bought these Sony headphones a month ago and have been very happy with them. The sound quality is clear, the bass is excellent, and they are comfortable to wear for long periods.     Very Uncomfortable and Causes Jaw Pain

    I've had these XM6s for about 8 months and own multiple generations of the 1000X series. These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. I have tried to wear this consistently but they keep causing jaw pain (TMJ pain). The pain lasts for hours even after taking off the headphones. Everything else about the headphones are fantastic (ANC/Ambient mode/etc) but if I can't wear these for more than 10 minutes without pain, it's bad. Maybe the recent Sony 1000x the collexion fixed the comfort but the XM6 are painful.

    Brilliant sound with only one small flaw

    Brilliant headphones and lovely fit - only problem is the cased is very fiddly to work and has nowhere for the instructions.

    Good microphone for calls and durable

    Very good microphone on calls i used it on the street next to main road and in the tube and the noice canceling is amazing. I had the XM4 back in 2019 and now i had to replace it with the newer version. I hope this will last me the same years
