    Excellent Sound Quality and Comfort

    I bought these Sony headphones a month ago and have been very happy with them. The sound quality is clear, the bass is excellent, and they are comfortable to wear for long periods.     Very Uncomfortable and Causes Jaw Pain

    I've had these XM6s for about 8 months and own multiple generations of the 1000X series. These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. I have tried to wear this consistently but they keep causing jaw pain (TMJ pain). The pain lasts for hours even after taking off the headphones. Everything else about the headphones are fantastic (ANC/Ambient mode/etc) but if I can't wear these for more than 10 minutes without pain, it's bad. Maybe the recent Sony 1000x the collexion fixed the comfort but the XM6 are painful.

    Brilliant sound with only one small flaw

    Brilliant headphones and lovely fit - only problem is the cased is very fiddly to work and has nowhere for the instructions.

    Good microphone for calls and durable

    Very good microphone on calls i used it on the street next to main road and in the tube and the noice canceling is amazing. I had the XM4 back in 2019 and now i had to replace it with the newer version. I hope this will last me the same years

    I have stayed with Sony since the Walkman days. The Walkman revolutionised the way we listen to music. Despite all the noise from competitors for me Sony still leads the way. 360 quality. When I put them on I always get this feeling that transports me back to the 80s sat commuting to work on the bus listening to every chord on ‘Rattlesnakes’ by Loyd Cole and the Commotions.Joy.     Great Quality!

    Extremely happy with these, a real upgrade from my previous headphones. Great sound quality and noise cancelling. I'd give them 5* if they were slightly more comfortable when wearing glasses.... it's an age thing!

    Nice and comfy with great sound quality.

    I was given these for my 80th birthday. The sound quality is excellent but they do make your ears a bit sweaty in this heatwave we’re having. The only drawback is with the noise cancelling as I don’t know my wife is talking to me until she slaps me round the back of my head!

    Excellent headphones

    I bought the MX1000- 6 because of its overall sound quality - particularly with spoken voice. I’m very happy with them but negatives are working with the Sound Connect app to be overly difficult - especially with regard to spatial sound - and there should be extra room for expansion at the top of the headpiece - I find it to be excessively tight on the top of my head. Still a great product.

    Great sound, shame about the app.

    They weren’t cheap, but I managed to get them at a great price. They performed really well on the flight to Tunisia and are working equally well by the pool. Whilst they pack a punch in the bass department, they don’t block out every sound. That said, they reduce external noise enough that even low-volume music makes the background nearly unnoticeable. I also own Bose, Shokz, and JBL headphones, so I have some experience to compare them with. That said, they all serve different purposes — it’s like comparing chalk and cheese. Where these fall a bit short is the app: the equalizer isn’t very comprehensive, and there’s no voice-pass-through mode. Aside from that, these are excellent headphones. Once you get the fit right, they’re very comfortable, though like most on-ear or over-ear models they can get a bit warm in hot climates. They’re a strong addition to my collection for the gym, running, commuting, and listening at home.

    No regrets

    I love these headphones! It took me months before I finally bought them. I was worried they'd push against my piercings and hurt, that the noise cancellation wasn't as brilliant as it was advertised to be. But! They don't hurt my ears or head! And the noise cancellation is chef's kiss. Also, the fact that it detects when I'm moving and changes to ambient sound so I can hear my surroundings is brilliant. The colour is so pretty too. It does get a little hot though and it's icky to see the sweat on the pads, but nothing a little clean can't handle.

    Great noise cancellation

    I got these headphones a few weeks ago and I’m very happy with them. I wanted some really good noise cancelling ones and these don’t disappoint. I wore them to the gym and couldn’t hear the gym music at all while listening to music, some background noise can be heard when listening to podcasts but that doesn’t bother me.

    Best sound ever

    I have noise induced hearing loss and these are the best headphones ever, I get almost no distortion and I’m here and sounds. I couldn’t hear anywhere else. I can’t wait for the X7. Terrific headphones.
