  • A: Hi H haa, great question, so this will NOT work for an iPhone 14, as the 14 still used the lightning port from Apple and this is a USB-C connection point. There are lightning to 3.5mm adapters, but JLab unfortunately doesn't make one! I apologize for that, but I hope it helps

    Right out of the box there's a faint buzzing sound constantly. When using with an iPhone the volume is inconsistent so audio can play at max which is extremely unpleasant. Get a bluetooth DAC for a bit more

    This is not USB c as advertised. I don't even know what it is but it is slightly too large to fit into a USB c port. I've purchased this item in the past with no issues, they must have made a defective batch or changed the design which caused a defect.
