A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about AirPods Pro (3rd Generation) Case with Clip - heyday™. That can be frustrating! Heyday cases are designed to fit snugly, and sometimes they can be a challenge to remove, especially the hard-shell or silicone ones. Here are the safest methods people commonly use to remove a tight AirPods case cover: 1. The Lightning Cable Push (Most Recommended) This is often the most effective and safest way to remove the bottom portion of a tight-fitting case, especially hardshell designs. Open the Lid: Open the lid of your AirPods Pro case. Plug in the Cable: Plug your Apple Lightning charging cable firmly into the charging port on the bottom of the case cover. Push Up: Hold the Heyday case firmly in one hand. Use your other hand to hold the thick, hard-plastic connector end of the Lightning cable and gently but firmly push the cable upwards. Dislodge: The cable acts as a lever to push the AirPods Pro case up and out of the surrounding Heyday cover. The AirPods case should loosen and slide out. 2. The Finger/Thumb Push (For Silicone or Flexible Cases) If the case is made of a more flexible material like silicone, this method might work: Remove the Top: First, carefully peel the top cover off the lid. Peel from the Back: Start at the back of the bottom piece, near the hinge. Gently peel or roll the silicone/flexible material down from the top edge of the case. Wiggle and Slide: Once you get an edge loose, carefully wiggle the AirPods case while pulling the case cover down until the AirPods slide out. It Works, But...
The top piece and the bottom piece are connected with a strip that prevents the top of the case from closing efficiently. I had to perform surgery and remove the strip in order to make it functional. My pods stay in the case, and seem protected, but it is a little jagged in the back where i trimmed it. It's cheap, so if you're looking to save money, and don't mind a little DIY fine-tuning, then go for it! (and use a razor, not scissors)

So pretty and functional
This AirPod case is adorable. It fits the AirPods perfectly and keeps them protected. Love the soft feel of it. The color is beautiful. I especially like the rose gold color of the clasp. Great product!

I thought I was gonna like this because it was connected to apple products. I did not like this at all. I mean, well, I like the way it felt it felt smooth. I like that it had a thing on there that I could use like a keychain, but overall, I didn't like it. I was expecting something more.I didn't stay closed.I didn't like that

Simple, but really cute
I like covers like this to protect my cases from scratches, but also because they provide a bit more protection when I inevitably drop them. I like the ring on this one so I can clip it to a hook in my backpack. It's also nice to easily see which ones are mine so I don't take a family member's AirPods.

This is a very nice silicone case for your Apple Airpods. It has a smooth texture. The case is very easy to clean. I like the soft pink color too. The clip is a gold color and is easy to clip on and off.

Good enough
The case does its job. Only think that could be improved on is how it does not lock all the at down. The top part comes up often which makes me a little nerves of AirPods falling out. The case itself is pretty thick and seems like it takes well to falls.

Bright and fun protection for my AirPods
This is a solid AirPods case and I really appreciate the design features like being able to see the charging light without needing to remove the case. The gold colored clipping is great for keeping it secured to your bag. The ports are easy to access.

This is a cute AirPod case. The material seems like it will protect the AirPods in case they’re dropped. I also really like the ring. It’s not a cheap keychain ring that you need to break a nail to open.

Great case
I feel this is a big improvement on the older Heyday cases. The case does not slip off, and fits snuggly around the AirPods. The key ring is easy to open and shut. There is also room for a loop and it does not interfere with the charger.

Nice gift for yourself or someone else!
Fits my Apple EarPods great! Fun color. I do notice my case comes open in my purse more often now that I have the cover on. I would still recommend them, however. It would make a very nice Christmas gift, or stocking stuffer.
