Removing AirPods from a silicone case like the one from heyday™ can be surprisingly difficult because the silicone creates a "suction" or high-friction grip against the smooth plastic of the AirPods. The most effective way to remove a stuck case using a tool you already have is typically to plug your USB-C charging cable in as if you were charging them. Then hold the dges of the silicone firmly and use your other hand to firmly push upward on the hard plastic connector of the charging cable. The cable will act as a plunger, pushing the AirPods case out of the silicone sleeve.
