Absolutely unacceptable experience with Target. I ordered AirPods online and received a beat-up, dusty box that had clearly been opened before it was shipped. The AirPods themselves were not even inside the box. When I went to my local Target store, they told me they couldn't help because the purchase was made online. Then, when I called Target customer service, I was told the exact opposite and instructed to go back to the store. No one seems to know how to handle the issue, and I've been passed around without getting any real help. I paid for AirPods and never received them. Instead, I received an empty box and a runaround from Target employees and customer service. I am still waiting for an update on my case, but at this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of accountability and support.

Hearing aid feature has feedback screech.
Regular disconnect and reboot are required to fix feedback on one side. The hearing aid feature causes the feedback on the side I have hearing loss. Ambient noise is amplified over voices so the hearing aid feature is useless. These are great for noise cancellation but I wouldn’t buy them again. Regular cleaning with a soft toothbrush and micellar water is absolutely essential. It helps a bit with the high pitched feedback noises. The standard noise canceling AirPods, which are not overpriced, work better.
