    Issue with Beats studio buds

    I purchased these earbuds as a holiday gift for my daughter and she was never able to use them properly as the left earbud never connected to her iPhone. We watched several YouTube videos to see if we could get them to work but had no luck. I have other Beats products and have never had an issue with them. Not sure what happen with these.
