Better options for pricepoint
Sound is ok, constantly disconnects. Super sensitive, eartips/pads have fallen & lost them multiple times. Not sure ill buy bose again even though I wanted the open earbuds. Wish I could return but literally threw the box away

Headphones suck!!right esr stopped working a week after i got them..tried returning them and target informs me the serial numbers dont match for some reason..same box ,same charging box for headphones!!so im out of 160..ripped off by bose and target!!yall both suck

BOSE Company disappoints when these stopped working
This review is for Bose, not where I purchased the item. These earbuds are great at cancelling noise and have good sound quality. Less than one year after buying them (9/2025), they stopped charging and overheat on a wireless charger or if they are attached to a c-cable charging cord. Contacted BOSE and learned that they are out of warranty (only a 6 month warranty!) and that they won’t repair and/or I can replace at my cost. Ridiculous to have item stop working in less than one year with no recourse.

Comfy and no outside interfering noise!

Not really happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned the quiet comfort 2 earbuds for 2 years. Not really happy with them. They fall out of my ears frequently regardless of the different size fittings I use. I also find the touch controls problematic.
