Amazing! I tried noise canceling headphones before but it did not do much. This is the first time I tried a real noise canceling headphones and wow. I love it. I barely hear anything & I love how when I take it out of my ear and put it into its case. It automatically disconnects without me having to struggle disconnecting. Definitely worth it

The earbuds stopped working only four months after being purchased (12-1-25 3-23-26) are the exact dates from the purchase to the time of them not working anymore. We switched out chargers and they still refuse to turn on. Waste of money, never again. I would hope Target will make this right.

Nice earbuds but should have struck with iPods.
The right takes 4-5 longer than the left. Very disappointing. Thought Bose was better than that. When both work the sound is great BUT won’t buy them again. I’d send them back but it will take the rest of my life rot get a replacement. Oh well. I doubt the company will publish my review. Like all big companies they are in business to make money.

Connection issues
I've had Bose earbuds for several yrs and very happy but needed replacement. This new Bose earbuds were good if I could connect. Trying to connect to my phone was very very frustrating and couldn't tolerate the technical issues and finally had to return. Very disappointed with Bose!!

Theyre just ok

I have had these for 6 weeks and here’s what u have experienced- -The sound quality is great. -Even the smallest nubs hurt my ears, so personally I can’t wear them for very long at a time. -Every so often the right bud gets a crackling sound, and the only guidance online is to update the firmware but I’m always up to date. -They do have connection issues. They disconnect themselves randomly, sometimes just the right bud and sometimes both. -The touch controls are very sensitive, so if my hood is on and I shift my head it’ll pause or skip or change noise control. Overall, they are fine for general use and have great sound and pretty great noise cancellation, connection issues aside.

Bluetooth and connection issues
Best sounding best fitting headphones I've ever had. These have connection issues and I'm not exchanging for a 3rd time hoping for better results. They disconnect every 15 mins and I'm done trying to figure out why. Firmware, app, Bluetooth, Android all up to date and good. These earbuds are defective. I have 10 other pair of earbuds without these issues. I wanted so bad to love them but moving on from Bose.

Worst Bluetooth connection of all time
I've had these for a few weeks and the connectivity is so bad. Charging case dead but buds have life? Won't connect. Taken out of ears for a bit and put back in? Won't connect unless put back in the case first. Trying to connect real quick before answering a call? Nope. Trying to connect while already on a call? Also no, have to hang up, connect and then call back. Sound quality is good enough and noise cancelling is good enough but the function of day to day use is very poor.

I purchased these earbuds in June 2025, Inc February 2026, I have one earbud that does not work. it will charge, it shows green when it's the only bud in the charger, but does not respond when I put it in my ear.
