Q: How well do they stay in your ears?

submitted by Jhutch4 - 1 year ago
  • A: They fit really well

submitted bySofa Guy - 1 year ago
  • A: Pretty good. I have one fall out while bending over once or twice a week wearing them 40 hours a week and bending over frequently.

submitted byMusic luvr - 1 year ago
  • A: Very well. Mine only fall out when sleeping lol

submitted byJasper - 7 months ago
  • A: I usually really struggle to keep ear buds in my ears, but I have no problem with these. I also don't experience any soreness after wearing them for a while.

submitted byinsertnamehere - 1 year ago
  • A: They fit in my ears great and stay all day. There are 3 different size options so as long as you don’t typically have issues with that type of bud you should be good. I will say AirPods did not stay in my ears however these do.

submitted byKay - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi Jhutch4, great question! They stay very well in your ears due to the multiple earbud tips we include in small, medium and large size. Not every ear is the same size, so we make sure everyone has a earbud tip that fits! We know many customers that jog with the Pops in their ears, due to how light they are!

Q: Sound quality compared to SC or Beats?

submitted by Bored - 8 months ago
  • A: They are comparable. Totally different categories of quality and therefore sound. These are good for $20, but they don’t compete with brands that are $200.

submitted byHeather - 3 months ago
  • A: Hi Bored, thanks for reaching out about JLab GO Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. The JLab GO Air Pop offers good sound quality for its very low price. However, compared to most Beats earbuds, you will likely notice a difference in refinement, clarity, and overall richness of sound, especially in the mids and highs. Beats often provides a more premium audio experience with better detail and balance (depending on the specific model). Against Skullcandy, the comparison is more model-dependent. For similarly priced Skullcandy earbuds, the JLab GO Air Pop might offer comparable or slightly better balanced sound, while some more expensive Skullcandy models could provide more features (like ANC or a more customizable sound via an app) and potentially better overall audio fidelity. If bass is your absolute priority and you're looking at lower-end Skullcandy, the GO Air Pop might still hold its own. Ultimately, sound quality is subjective. If you are on a tight budget, the JLab GO Air Pop is a compelling option. However, if sound quality is a top priority and you are willing to spend more, specific models from Beats or higher-end Skullcandy offerings will likely provide a superior listening experience. It's always best to read specific reviews for the exact models you are considering. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

  • A: Hi Bored, great question! The Pops are our entry-level earbuds, but are excellent quality for the price. However, they generally aren't comparable to higher-end brands like Beats, but they can definitely be compared to Skullcandy Dimes and we think they beat them every time haha. I love the pops for the color options and how good they sound for the price!

Q: Do they have Noise canceling

submitted by Gaby - 10 months ago
  • A: Again - the target answer is wrong. It’s not noise cancelling.

submitted byHeather - 3 months ago
  • A: Hi Gaby, great question! While the Pops don't have active noise cancelling built in, they do have passive noise cancelling, as just having the earbuds in your ears does block out much of the outside sound. We also do have the GO Pop ANC earbuds which do have active noise cancelling and you can find them here: https://www.target.com/p/jlab-go-pop-anc-true-wireless-bluetooth-earbuds/-/A-94202286?preselect=92310271#lnk=sametab Hope that helps!

submitted by Sonny - 10 months ago
  • A: Short answer - no. They’re cheap.

submitted byHeather - 3 months ago
  • A: Hi Sonny, the GO Air Pops have good bass response! Especially when you turn on the Bass Boost equalizer. They actually sound shockingly good considering the price of them! We love the Pops!

Q: Can you plug these into your phone to charge the earbuds?

submitted by Mia - 11 months ago
  • A: Hi Mia, thanks for reaching out about JLab GO Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. No, you cannot directly plug the JLab GO Air Pop earbuds into your phone to charge them. Here's why: Charging Case is Essential: The JLab GO Air Pop earbuds are charged by placing them inside their charging case. The case itself has a built-in battery and is what provides the power to recharge the earbuds. Case Charging: To recharge the case, you use the integrated USB cable that's attached to the case. You can plug this cable into a USB port on your computer, a wall adapter, or a portable power bank. Important Note: While you can't plug the earbuds directly into your phone, some newer JLab earbuds (like the JBuds Mini, JBuds ANC 3, and others) have a feature where you can actually use your phone to charge the case itself. This is helpful if you're in a pinch and don't have access to a traditional power source. However, the JLab GO Air Pop does not have this feature. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

    These are indestructable.

I wear these for outdoor runs and they have lasted me several years through rain, sweat, anything really. I’ve accidentally ran the left earbud through the washer and dryer, twice, and it still works just as well as the right earbud. 10/10 would recommend.

    Clear sound

Week ago had them delivered. Good for what I wanted. Wanted to listen to phone while I walk the dog. I’m 73 so I have oxygen to walk and my glasses to see. I have been using over the ear earbuds from JLab. Just to much on top of the ear. With the inside earbuds it’s much nicer. Only use one at a time so I can hear if someone is coming up behind me.

Why I Prefer JLab GO Air Pop Over Go Pods ANC and Sony WF-1000XM3 — Real-World Sound & Call Performance

I didn’t expect this at all, but after using the JLab GO Air Pop, JLab Go Pods ANC, and Sony WF-1000XM3, I keep coming back to the GO Air Pop for everyday use. For music, the GO Air Pop just sounds better to me. It’s louder, has more punch, and the bass feels fuller. I listen to a mix of music and podcasts, and with the Air Pop everything sounds more alive without having to mess with any settings or EQ. The Go Pods ANC, on the other hand, was disappointing. On paper it should be an upgrade, but in real use the volume felt lower and the sound was flatter. I tried turning off ANC, turning off transparency, and using the Bass Boost EQ in the JLab app, but it still didn’t match the sound of the GO Air Pop. It honestly felt like the tuning was holding the sound back. I also compared both to my Sony WF-1000XM3, which are much more expensive. While the Sony earbuds are technically good and have strong noise canceling, I found that they often sounded kind of dull unless I spent time adjusting the EQ. For casual listening, I just want something that sounds good right away, and the GO Air Pop does that better for me. Where the GO Air Pop really surprised me was with calls. I use earbuds a lot for phone calls, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, and I’ve never had anyone complain about my voice quality. People can hear me clearly, and I don’t have to repeat myself. The Go Pods ANC and Sony didn’t give me any noticeable improvement here, even with all their extra microphones and features. In the end, I returned the Go Pods ANC and stuck with the GO Air Pop. It’s cheaper, simpler, and somehow sounds better in real life. ANC and extra features are nice, but not if they come at the cost of volume and bass. If you care more about how your music actually sounds and how clear you are on calls than fancy specs, the GO Air Pop is the one I’d recommend.

5 stars. My fat fingers have difficulty getting them out of the case. That's on me not JLab. I have difficulty putting my shoes on, once more that's on me not Nike. I really have no complaints other than I'm fat and it's time to go on a diet...
