Q: Online it says these have ear detection but when I take one or both of them out of my ears my music does not pause it just keeps playing how do I turn on ear detection?
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about JBL Tune Flex 2 The JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds automatically enable ear detection. There's no manual setting to turn it on or off. Ear detection, which pauses and plays music when the earbuds are taken in and out of your ears, is a built-in feature on the Tune Flex 2. To ensure the feature works correctly, make sure: Bluetooth is connected: The earbuds need to be connected to your device via Bluetooth for ear detection to function. Proper fit: Ensure the earbuds fit snugly in your ears. If they are loose, the sensors might not detect when they are in or out correctly. Clean ear tips: Earwax buildup can interfere with the sensors. Regularly clean your ears and the ear tips. If you're experiencing issues with ear detection, try the following: Reconnect: Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds to your device. Check for updates: Ensure your JBL Headphones app and the earbuds' firmware are up to date. Reset: If the issue persists, you can try resetting the earbuds to factory settings. Q: Do these earbuds work with ps5?
A: Hi Natasha, thanks for reaching out about the JBL Tune Flex 2. the JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds cannot connect directly to the PlayStation 5 for audio output. Like most standard Bluetooth headphones and earbuds, they are not natively supported by the console.
