    System Failure

    I bought this for Christmas, and I was really enjoying this speaker at first; the sound quality was great, and I loved using it daily. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped charging and became completely unresponsive. I tried resetting it, but it didn't work. More recently, it started making a strange noise, but still won’t power on or pair. I’m disappointed because it worked well initially, but the reliability just isn’t there. Made a video recording of the sound.

    Two Units, Same Issue — Love the Sound but Constant Glitches

    really love this pill when it works. The sound quality and design are great, but I’ve been experiencing frequent glitches that are extremely frustrating. Sometimes it’s fully charged, paired, and within range of my phone, yet my music will randomly stop playing, or it won’t play at all even though it shows that it’s connected. I’ve tried troubleshooting multiple times, including restarting the pill, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, and even restarting my phone, but the issue still persists. I originally purchased this product on 2/14/26, and the problem was happening almost daily. I exchanged it six days later, thinking I may have received a faulty unit, but the same issue is occurring with the replacement as well. I genuinely love this product and want it to work properly, but for the price, it’s disappointing to experience these problems within the first week of purchase. At this point, I’m hoping the company can provide a permanent solution, whether that’s a firmware update, replacement, or refund, because I really want to keep this product if the issue can be resolved.

    I bought this speaker (black) and the Bose soundcore flex 2 to end the debate of which one is better, my choice is beats pill. FAAAAAAAAR BETTER with richer bass and batter battery life. Let's not forget it's a battery pack too! Bose is ok but only for Bose fans I guess lol.
