You don't have to sync the mic, because it automatically connects. There is also a way to connect the mic to the back of the speaker for easier transport. There is also a shoulder strap for the speaker itself. The battery life is really good. This speaker was perfect, because my family loves karaoke. This is also perfect for family game nights. It is a bit heavy for my liking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jbl makes all sorts of fun speakers that do a great job of balancing value and features. They always get the sound right though. Karaoke on the go! The speaker does a wonderful job at projecting a very balanced bassy sound that will fill a large room it can pair with other JBL speakers that support the feature to broaden the sound over larger spaces. With the bass boost on it can get a little boomy depending on the song. Microphone volume is completely adjustable to dial it in to your liking. The way the AI takes the voice out of streamed magic is remarkable. It's adjustable as well to give you backup if needed. It has a built in light show with many patterns and colors. It does a wonderful job of providing visual entertainment even if your voice doesn't deserve the backup light show. It has a battery pack that is hit swappable which makes it easy to continue through the night if you can't plug in. It also has a USB port to charge a device if needed as well. Overall material quality is very rugged and it is a heavy unit that screams quality. . The carry strap mimics a seat belt and feels just as durable. There is a space on the back of it to hold a tablet for lyric duties. The companion app has all the settings and functions at your fingertips. It even has special sound effects to hype up your singing or grab attention. The microphone is hefty and feels of quality. It works very well and is USB rechargeable. It has a carry strap that watches to the back of the speaker. You do need to make sure you're careful with mic feedback according to how close you are and mic volume. Both the mic and speaker hold a long battery charge. I love this thing and it is a must if you like karaoke. Pick a song and wow your friends and neighbors tonight.

And when you turn it on and hear it playing for the first time the sound presence will blow you away coming from something so compact and easy to carry. Use loaded with features like love battery life, thumping base, customizable lighting, and plenty of new Ai features! I love it and I'm thinking of getting another one to pair with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this speaker!! This JBL PartyBox On-The-Go 2 Plus is a very versatile speaker. It’s easy to carry and the built in microphone holder is extremely handy. I’ve used it to announce team match ups for a dart league and used it to host Karaoke nights as well. The AI voice control is AMAZING!! You can adjust how much of the original singers voice you hear on a song when you use it to karaoke so can hear a mix of the microphone and the songs singer. You can turn down the singing completely and just have background music if you are using it as a PA system. The battery life is excellent! The sound quality is extremely high and it’s much louder than you would expect. All in all I would recommend this speaker to anyone and everyone as it has so many possibilities for use and the quality is of the highest standard. Truly and excellent speaker.

There’s also a wireless microphone included (hence the Plus) to sing along to your favorite songs with amazing AI vocal removal!

This speaker comes with a microphone, turning any gathering into an instant karaoke party! You can play any song via Bluetooth, and using the vocal removal button, the speaker automatically takes out the vocals to your selected song and just plays the instrumentals. No searching for an instrumental only song or having to download additional software. The speaker comes with a strap, making it easy to carry to and from where you need to. I would guesstimate the speaker weighs approximately 15lbs, but the strap is well made, the weight of the speaker is hardly noticeable. The speaker keeps a charge, has the option to be plugged in, or use batteries to keep the fun going. There is a strap to hold the microphone on the back of the speaker. The built in mic spot, carry strap, and versatility on power makes setup very fast and simple. The speaker has lights on the front that play along with the music and the color can be changed. Overall the best party speaker I have ever come across!! Highly recommend!

I like how the microphone is designed and how the clarity vocals go through. The lights around the speaker give it great effects when it's dark outside or in a dark room. Love this product from JBL. The Bluetooth feature through the app is great. I highly recommend this product for small to medium get togethers.

Perfect for karaoke sessions at home whenever. Set up is seamless and once connected after the bluetooth connection is quick to enjoy music. It also boasts impressive battery life but only if you use it with the light feature off unplugged ensuring your music lasts all day. For on-the-go listening, this device is a truly excellent choice. In my opinion the only gripes i have with this speaker is would like to see in the future is a extra speaker added to make this a true partybox that you can carry on the go. Also a microphone that you can hide in the box somewhere like phones with s-pens. And finally a bigger battery like it's big brother so the light feature doesn't kill the battery and can entertain with the music and a storage for cord all on the box making it a self contained unit.

You can isolate your audio by inbuilt AI. It has nice belt /strap that also has bottle opener so its basically party ready!! Very sturdy & amazing light options to match your mood. 10 min of charge will give you 80 min of playtime. Handle & shoulder strap is very convenient feature. You can remove any vocal from Bluetooth song too. Or you can just control the volume of vocals & just play instruments louder for karaoke or something! This speaker does everything you can imagine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great do it all speaker.Its portable enough to take anywhere.The sound is amazing but you can't beat all the features.The karaoke AI word delete works great and very easy to use just push a button and words disappear so you can sing.You can use a PA it's very clear and loud and has volume echo controls.The sound is amazing and you can add bass and even more tweaks with app.The battery holds up very well but if you are a heavy user or always has at full blast you can buy extra battery since it's removable.Highly recommend for all its features and sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had so much fun with the JBL PartyBox On-The-Go 2 Plus. The battery lasts forever. The description says up to 15 hours, although I did not test it that long. I was really impressed that you can plug it in for just 10 minutes and get several more hours out of it. The LED lights are really cool, and you can customize them however you want. My favorite part is that it can take the vocals out of basically any song, no matter what app you are playing it through, so instant karaoke 😂 There are a bunch of fun sound effects built in too, and we definitely spent way too much time playing with those. You will need to download the JBL PartyBox app to control and customize all of the available features. It is also actually pretty handy if you need a microphone and speaker for something besides a party. I could see using it for a committee meeting, fundraiser, or if you need to talk to a bigger group of people. You can even sync it with multiple compatible speakers and give yourself surround sound! It is not super heavy either, and it comes with both a hand strap and a shoulder strap, which makes it easy to carry around. The description also says it has some water-resistant capabilities, but I was not going to test that theory. I am going to have so much fun with my JBL PartyBox this year!

It's super convenient to carry around and plenty loud enough for people to hear. Music sounds great coming out of it too and it sure has power across the audio spectrum. The voice elimination feature is pretty cool but I haven't used it a lot yet. I like the light show too, as that looks neat. You can see it in the photos. Battery life is great and it has a replaceable battery so you can buy extra if you really need it to last forever. I highly recommend this product!!

The sound quality is powerful with deep bass and very clear vocals even at higher volumes. It easily fills medium sized rooms, and outdoor spaces without distortion. The built-in light show adds a great party vibe, especially during the evening gatherings. One future I really liked is the wireless microphone. it makes karaoke sessions fun, and more convenient with AI karaoke features that can reduce vocals and makes more fun in singing. The battery life is so good I can use it for longer without worrying, charging frequently. Build quality fields, premium, and sturdy, and shoulder strap makes it easy to carry around. The splashproof design makes it easy to use outdoors and near pools. Overall, this speaker feels a complete party package with strong sound, fun, lighting, and great portability. Highly recommended for house parties, family gathering and outdoor events

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is another hit to add to the Partybox lineup! This speaker sounds fantastic and packs a good amount of bass in a very portable package. It comes with a replaceable battery, which so far seams to last at least 10 hours at medium volume. A second microphone can be added from the latest wireless rechargeable microphone setup. The speaker sounds very good and can easily fill medium to large rooms without any trouble. It has the usual options for lighting effects and also lets you turn them off. I believe my favorite feature is the AI voice removal which essentially lets you use any source for music playback and remove the vocals allowing you to sign-a-long to any song you want. It works very very well! All in all I am extremely happy with this speaker and it will help me retire some of my older speakers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just spent a couple weeks with the JBL party box on the go 2 and I have to say that I'm thrilled for sure! Straight out of the box. It was so easy to hook up to Bluetooth. I turned it on and the prompt came up automatically. I started streaming music to it and everything sounded so great. The bass was wonderful and The highs were crisp and clean. Even my wife said it sounded amazing which is to say something. We took the microphone out of the box, turned it on and immediately started doing some karaoke. The AI voice removal tool worked wonderfully. The party lights were an added bonus and can be adjusted to however you like. Overall, the design, sound and functionality is unrivaled and it has just taken over as my favorite speaker in the house.

I also own the original Partybox on the go and it’s fantastic but this one is even better. Clearer vocals and highs with thumping bass. The new light show is crazy too, like being at a concert!. The vocal remover works really well making it great for a karaoke party. I’m a little bummed they deleted the guitar input that was on the original but if you’re not using it as a guitar amp it’s no deal killer. It’s also very cool that the battery is very easily accessed for future replacement.

The sound is awesome. It is a beautiful system. I love the strong, durable clips for the shoulder strap. It makes you feel confident in removing your hands from the system. It is a little on the heavier side. As a short female, I couldn't carry it long distances. I really love the elastic strap to hold the microphone and keep it secure and with the unit. I just wish there was a second elastic strap to hold the power cord if you need to plug it in. If you're taking it on vacation, I would prefer having all of the parts with it instead of having to dig to find where you put the cord. Overall though, it's awesome!
