Sounds great, but the dial doesn't work
I made a last minute purchase and it sounds great, but the downside is the physical dial does not actually turn down only up. Even after doing any updates on it, it still isn't functioning appropriately for the volume control. I have to use my phone instead too turn it down

This speaker is excellent, it is sturdy but portable enough. It has a carry strap, it is waterproof and the bluetooth is easy to connect. The sound is decent. I would recommend.

Bought this for my husband. It looks very nice and connects quickly. Sound is clear and gets pretty loud for the size it is. So far so good.

Surprisingly great sound for a small speaker. The Party Sync created an even better sound experience.

Ok hear me out, if your in the market for a decent Bluetooth portable speaker with really good run time and really decent sound quality, then this is the one ya want. Is it a JBL...nope, is it a SONY, nope but does it deliver extremely good audio quality??? YES!!

I use it all the time.
Great sound quality for the value. I really like the fact that you can adjust the lights. It's perfectly in my backpack. Highly recommend as an alternative speaker brand option.

Great Buy
Definitely a great buy with good quality. I was hesitant to buy anything other than JBL but this was worth it.

A pretty great speaker for the price
Due to a recent house fire I find myself living in a hotel for probably a of couple months while repairs are underway. I normally have my pc connected to a rather nice 5.1 surround sound system, but of course moving that into a hotel room would be impractical. I have headphones but I dislike wearing them all the time, so I wanted something inexpensive that I could use here during the day. I picked this up on sale for $30. I was immediately impressed with the build quality; this thing is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. It's basically the size of a coffee cup and weighs maybe a little more than said coffee cup when filled with coffee. It connected to my pc and my phone (not at the same time of course) via bluetooth with no hassle. I like the voice prompts that announces things like "ready to pair". Sometimes devices have poor indicators of what they're actually doing, but everything with this speaker is very clear. The sound quality is what impresses me the most. Music and games sound really good through this, and movies (downmixed from 5.1 to 2.0) also sound impressive. The speaker has a way of filling the room as if it were separate speakers, despite essentially being just a center channel speaker when watching a movie. While I haven't cranked it up too loud, the volume is impressive and has no problem filling the hotel room I'm in. I mostly keep the lighting off as it is distracting to me, but I've played around with a bit and it's neat. There is a phone app (there is no software for the pc) that will allow you to change the lighting mode, coloring, and other aspects of the speaker like turning the voice on or off and toggling between "Music" and "Movie" modes. Movie mode is supposed to improve latency by (possibly) sacrificing sound quality. I'm not sure if the settings remain in effect when connecting to different devices, though. I tried setting both modes on the phone, then connecting the speaker to my pc and watching a movie but I didn't notice much of a difference. Synching doesn't seem to be an issue anyway. The battery seems to last quite a while. I gave it a full charge then left it on (with no lighting) for about 7 hours playing white noise when I slept. It still had about 50% battery left when I woke up. I can also plug a USB cable into my pc while using it there and it charges faster than it drains, so that's nice. I think it is definitely worth $30, and is a steal if you can get cheaper. I originally thought I'd stop using it after I move back in to my house, but now I can see myself probably using it in the kitchen or the bathroom. All in all, as kind of an audio snob, I'm really impressed with this speaker.
