    This JBL Go 5 is a brilliant little Bluetooth speaker that packs a surprising amount of sound into such a compact design. The sound quality is impressive for its size, with clear vocals, punchy bass and plenty of volume for listening at home, in the garden or while travelling. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry around, making it a great speaker for everyday use. You get a decent battery life which is ideal if you are out and about, I’ve been taking mine in the garden while working and it hasn’t failed to disappoint

    The JBL GO 5 is the ultimate pocket-sized powerhouse! JBL managed to punch way above its weight class with this one.     JBL has done it again...

    I have used the JBL Go 5 for the past 3 weeks and it's one of the loudest portable speakers I own. For how small this speaker is, it is surprisingly loud and it does a very good job of keeping the clarity of the music quite well. Another feature I found quite interesting is that you can adjust the sound to your preference in the JBL app. There is also plenty of battery life with this speaker meaning you can definitely take this for a day out when camping with friends or sunbathing by the beach. The ambient lighting on this portable speaker is what really sets it apart from the rest of the speakers (including the JBL Go 4) - I wish there was a way you could change the ambient colour on it, but at least you have the option to change the way the lights move in the app too. I would also say that it has quality build to it too, so accidentally dropping it wouldn't be too much of an issue. Would certainly recommend!

    Sounds Great

    I bought the JBL Go 5 for my daughter to take to university, and it's been a real hit. It's very compact, so it fits easily on a desk or shelf in her room, but the sound is far bigger than you'd expect from something this small. Music comes through clear and crisp, and it fills the room without sounding tinny. Setting it up was really easy. She had it paired with her phone in seconds, with no fiddly instructions needed. The battery life is impressive too, lasting a long time between charges. What she loves most is how portable it is. It's already been to the beach and will definitely be coming on holiday. A great little speaker, and excellent value for money.

    Perfect compact speaker, great sound and value.

    I have owned this speaker for over a month, and I love it. May sound stupid but it’s so quick to turn on and connect it makes it so easy, I used to just use my phone speaker on my desk but the Go 5 is so small and practical it can sit on my desk and gets used every day. The sound quality it really good, with the signature JBL sound. As I said it connects via Bluetooth really easily, the app is straight forward and has a number of settings like controlling the led, the sound settings, if you have another JBL product you can start a party so you can connect two devices and play the same music on both. The speaker is small but feels sturdy and well protected so you can confidently attach it to you bag etc. the battery life is very good and last as long as advertised.

    Small, but MIGHTY!

    The JBL Go 5 might be small, but it is MIGHTY! I was not expecting much when I unboxed the JBL Go 5. I thought something so small and compact couldn't possibly play music the way I wanted it to. I connected my mobile phone to the speaker - which was extremely quick and easy to do - and couldn't believe my ears. The sound quality is amazing and the noise level is astonishing. The music sounded clear and bassy. I fully charged the speaker and have been using it a lot - I haven't ran out of battery yet. Its portable, waterproof, dust-proof and drop-proof. It feels like a high quality product. I've used it whilst camping and whilst in the shower. I absolutely love the AirTouch function - pairing to other JBL Go speakers to boost volume and get party ready! I also love the speaker lighting. You can change the ambient lighting to different themes, just to make it feel even more personalised. I didn't know how much I needed this product before I bought it, now I don't want to ever be without it! This would make a perfect gift for any music lover, especially a fussy teenager or the man who owns absolutely everything.

    The JBL Go 5 has been a great little speaker to have around. The size is brilliant — it’s small, easy to carry around and really simple to use. The controls are straightforward, so you can just pick it up and start using it without any hassle. The JBL Portable app is a nice addition and gives you a few extra controls. I do think having more audio presets would be a good improvement, though. The sound quality is really good for a speaker this size. The audio is clear and you can easily make out lyrics or spoken words, depending on what you’re listening to. The bass is decent too. I was hoping for a bit more punch from it, but given the size of the speaker, I think it still does a very good job. Battery life is also quite good and more than enough for how I use it. Charging the speaker is quick too, which is handy when you need to top it up. Overall, I’m very happy with it. It’s portable, easy to use and great for taking with me wherever I want to listen to music.

    This little speaker packs so much sound into a small space. Amazing sound quality and great bass. Love the idea of rhe link feature. Batter life so far is great and lasts a long time. Love that is waterproof so great when im working outdoors so can have so music on when working. Its a solid little unit very durable and a great little investment .highly recommended

    The JBL Go 5 is the perfect little speaker to take with me wherever I go. Its compact size means it easily fits into my bag without taking up much space, but the sound quality is what really surprised me. The audio is clear and enjoyable, with more than enough volume for listening at home or outdoors. Connecting it to my device is quick and straightforward, which is another thing I really like. The battery life is also impressive and lasts much longer than I expected from such a small speaker. I haven’t personally tested its water or rain resistance yet, but it’s reassuring to know that it has that extra protection. Overall, it’s a brilliant portable speaker and one I’m happy to carry around with me.

    Bang for Buck!

    Purchased the JBL GO 5 recently and really pleased with the overall quality of the product. The sound is amazing for such a small speaker and does a great job filling a small to medium size room. It also seems well built and durable. I have had loads of JBL products in the past and have never been disappointed. Honestly so worth it because it’s so portable, great for outdoors, indoors all year round. Other good things about this product is the battery life and the ability to connect so quickly with your phone and with other JBL go 5s!

    So glad I got this, love the fact its so pocket size it can go anywhere, battery is good, the sound is amazing and being able to aura cast is so cool, my son loves it also, he uses it whilst training. Highly recommended.
