Rich sound

I bought 2 of these about a month ago so I could connect them for stereo sound & I am very happy with the results. The sound is excellent & I really like the EQ capabilities. These are great portable speakers & I definitely recommend them.

Old Version Was Better

We already had to do a hard reset because we kept getting a "wet charging port" error even though there was never moisture anywhere near that port. It also makes a loud sound effect when you turn it on, doesn't tell you out loud what the battery is at like it did in the old version, and the jump from one sound level to another is quite large...you can't do discrete increments of volume control.

Regarding the “wet charging port” error, here are a few important points to keep in mind: Do not charge the product while wet. Attempting to do so may cause damage. The speaker is waterproof, but the USB‑C port must be fully dried before charging. If moisture is detected, the Power light will slowly blink white and amber. If exposed to salt or chlorinated water, gently rinse with fresh water to remove residue, then allow the speaker to fully dry. If debris remains in the connector, use compressed air to clear it. Avoid playing audio while the speaker is submerged. If the issue continues even after following these steps, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team: https://bose.life/contactus they’ll be able to assist further in resolving your concern. Simply the Best

This is our third Bose portable speaker in several years, as the first two got snaffled by our sons :-) The sound is incredible. We had a gathering with 20+ friends on our deck and this little baby cranked out perfect sounds all night.

I’ve had my Bose speaker for about 2 weeks and holy moly, it sounds amazing! The sound is incomparable! I work at a cancer center and have been asked if they can use it for bell ringing ceremonies & it makes me so happy to let them!!

Rich sound.

Really rich sound , along w/a quality EQ. Sounds strong in an enclosed area. However, strength of sound starts to diminish after approximately 10ft.; when outside So, when using it in my vehicle, as a replacement for my existing radio; it serves me well. I also like the design.

After I set the EQ I amazed at the sound I got out of this speaker. The low end is so clear and still resonant and not muddy. When I listen to my favorite music so does everyone else in my apartment building.

Great sound but no voice prompt

The speaker has great sound but the voice prompt stopped working. I never turned it off, I tried turning it back on and no success. I tried all recommendations on ChatGPT and still not working
