Me gusta 👍🏼
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote control is easy to use and has a comfortable design that makes it easy to hold. Its buttons are well-organized and respond quickly to pressure. It also includes basic functions such as volume up and down, channel changing, and accessing the TV menu. On the downside, the buttons are a bit small and can be difficult to see in low light. Overall, it's a practical, functional remote control that I recommend for everyday use.

Power Cord is Too Short
Power Cord is Too Short so you have to either move the tv or receiver that you have it connected to really close to the power source (1 foot), or purchase a longer cord. Boo!!

Hello Salee. Thank you for your feedback on the Fire TV Stick HD. I understand the cable length may seem short at first glance, but the Fire TV Stick HD was actually designed with a feature called Direct Power — the included USB-C cable is intentionally short because it's optimized to connect directly from the stick to your TV's USB port, eliminating the need for a wall adapter altogether. This is an upgrade from previous generation models that required a separate power adapter plugged into a wall outlet. If your TV has an available USB port, simply plug the included cable from the Fire TV Stick HD into that port, and the device will power on and off with your TV — no wall outlet needed. This also results in a cleaner setup with less cable clutter behind your entertainment center. If your TV does not have a USB port or the port doesn't provide sufficient power, a longer USB-C cable paired with a standard USB wall adapter will work as an alternative to reach a more distant outlet. I appreciate you sharing your experience, and I hope this clarifies the design intent behind the cable length. If you have any other questions about your Fire TV Stick HD, Amazon Customer Service is available 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. Thank you, and enjoy your streaming experience.

Amazon Made Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Amazon Fire Stick is super easy to use and you’re able to stream your content at the click of a button. My favorite feature is that your batteries are apart of the package for your remote so you’re not having to spend extra money purchasing a pair. The picture quality is solid and it’s easy to connect to your WiFi.

Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Amazon Fire TV Stick HD is great for allowing older (or non-smart) TVs have access to apps. Set up was very easy. The voice control is a feature I haven’t had before, but it makes things so much easier! The Fire stick feels sturdy.

The remote does not get hot either.

Easy setup!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! I owned a fire stick years ago and it was okay, but complicated for me. This one seems so easy to use! The remote is slick and honestly came with my most viewed channels as shortcut buttons at the bottom. Setup was simple and easy. I was even able to take it on the road with me and hook it up in my hotel room! The picture quality was great as well. I’m sure this will last awhile, even with excess use in my household (lol)!

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the fire stick. It is so easy to use and hook-up. You have access to all popular streaming apps and can interface between them easily. Plus, if you have an older TV this is a cheaper option to be able to stream. My husband takes it when he goes out of town on work trips so he can have access to all his favorite shows in his hotel room.

Great picture quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im honestly obsessed with this Firestic! Set up was super fast and easy. And the streaming quality is amazing. Everything runs smoothly, app opens fast, and I love having my favorite streaming services all in one place. The voice remote is such a game changer too. Since getting this, I’ve probably watched enough series and movies to qualify as a part time couch critic 😅

Sleek streaming stick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Fire Stick to upgrade from another brand of streaming device, and it’s been a nice upgrade so far. Getting the product out of the package, however, was… weird. It seemed like there was some trick to open it that I was missing, so I ended up tearing it open like an animal. *shrug* Got the job done. The initial software download was a bit slow, but I think that had more to do with my internet than the device. Once it was up and running, setup was a breeze. I was so excited that it paired perfectly with my tv, because my last device was annoying having to use two separate remotes. I wasn’t initially a fan of the home page design. I get that it’s Amazon, so they’re going to put your Prime content up first, but my other apps weren’t visible right away. Once I found them it was easy to add and delete apps and move the order around. Everything loads up quickly. Overall, I’m happy with the new stick and the upgrade.
