Definitely worth your money! I had an older version of the Roku stick and it came with problems with the Wi-Fi. So with buying this new one is definitely more efficient and better quality and worth the money. If you decide to invest in more expensive versions of the Roku stick it would probably be even better than this one is worth its price for its quality!!

Have been trying to set it up for 2 hours

I have never had a worse time trying to set up a new device. First it wanted the remote paired, yet the instructions say it will auto pair and the remote wasn’t responding to pressing and holding the back and home button like it was displaying on the tv. Restarted it countless times then finally held the restart button on the stick as we plugged it in. Then a whole new issue! It connected to the WiFi and said excellent signal but said it couldn’t update and try again. Hour and a half later it still will not update. I have set up numerous roku devices and had no issues at all.

Roku fan no longer

I've always been a huge supporter of roku, loved them but multiples of them, recommended them to anyone who listened. However recently there have been a bunch of really buggy issues and reached out to customer support and Roku hands down has literally the worst support of any company ever, and that says a whole lot cuz there is a lot of bad support out there. I don't know if their support is just robots or just really bad at their job but I only get the same person responding and the person just repeats themselves over and over and is not helpful and it makes me not want to use Roku ever again. All of the ways Roku has you go about getting help are terrible and then the responses when you finally get one is beyond terrible. Unfortunately I just purchased three of them and I went to return them all because the support is so terrible. The actual issue I was writing about is pretty small but the horrendous support makes me lose all faith in Roku. It has been going downhill for a couple years but very slowly and I've been such a die-hard fan that I've been ignoring it but after support that is so horrible, I would say it was by a child but support from a four-year-old child would be much better I don't even understand I guess it must be a robot, don't make the same mistake I did do not buy Roku go with any other company.

For a long time I’ve been using the Roku box, but my box was extremely old so I’d constantly have to check the internet connect just because it would lose it :/ I bought the stick because of the great price and the fact I could do everything from one remote instead of 2. This has been one of my best purchases ever, and ima big spender. There’s an app I can easily use to quickly go to the show/movie I wanna watch without having to click a bunch of buttons on my remote.

Bought roku ultra today came home took out the firestick for this..i did not want to disrupt my wife with tv noise so my purchase was for the headphone feature...bought it home set up all my apps which takes forever and the headphones DONT WORK...tried the ones that came and 3 others that i use for my guitars the jack is bad...so now i have to erace all return and start over...no way ill just return ..disappointed..smh

I bought this Roku streaming stick with voice 11 months ago and it's bad enough the remote batteries only lasts about two to three months, today, the remote stopped working altogether.

I bought one of these for my older Samsung smart tv and it works great. I bought one for my new Samsung smart tv and it worked from time to time. I thought it was the tv. Ut when I bought a Roku express 4K that one is flawless. The stick was the problem. Expensive mistake.

Loses Video

We have multiple Roku Sticks but on one TV in particular (the most used in the home) we have replaced the 4K Stick several times because we continue to lose video on about a once per week basis. Audio continues but video drops. We have to disconnect the Roky and reconnect it regain video

Video drops on a Roku stick can be caused by a slow network, which can be due to a number of things, including a poor wireless signal, issues with your router, and the quality of your internet service. We have a few suggestions that may help! Check that your internet package provides fast enough to stream audio and video. Restart your Roku device by going to Settings > System > System restart. If you cannot play videos from one channel but videos from other channels play fine, contact customer support for the channel having problems at support.roku.com/contactus so that we can assist. We bought 2 Roku 4K streaming sticks a few weeks ago when we decided to finally “cut the cord” and ditch our long-time cable provider. Set up was very easy, and the learning curve for the transition from cable to streaming has been relatively painless. I do wish that the volume/mute controls were located somewhere other than on the right side of the remote — I keep hitting these buttons accidentally when holding the remote in my right hand. Overall, we are pleased.

We absolutely are NOT happy with the sticks. They keep losing the picture. We constantly have to change the j out source to get picture again. And not it’s not the tv; we tried it on others and it’s only the sticks that give the result.

I would not recommend any Roku device. I would go with Apple or Amazon stick Very, very poor Customer Service I got charged for a full yearly subscription! I called Customer Service about this, and they refused to issue me a refund when I explained to them that it did not ask me if I wanted to subscribe to the annual subscription they still would not issue me a refund so I I had to call my credit card company and open a dispute case on this charge! I would not recommend this company or their devices!
