As long as the splitter accepts HDMI input (and you have used it with an HDMI device in the past), the Fire TV Stick 4K Max should work just fine. While you won't be able to display a 4K picture if your TV doesn't support that resolution, you will get to take advantage of support for Atmos and the faster speeds.
