    Needs more customization. Remote needs improvement!

    This device was easy to plug in and set up using the on screen instructions. The voice search is awesome. I wish it was a bit more customizable such as the ability to launch a particular app upon startup. I would like Spectrum to launch when I power on the tv/device. I'm able to add my favorite apps to the quick start menu but there is space for 9 quick apps and I can't get Spectrum to be the first one. If I delete one of the quick apps another is put there in its place and I can't choose which one. The remote needs number buttons on it like the Xumo remote. While watching Spectrum if I want to jump to a particular channel I have to hold down the scroll button and wait for it to go through the entire channel list to get to the channel. If it had number buttons I could simply enter the channel I would like to go to. The volume buttons are on the side of the remote. Why? To change the volume I have to switch my handling position of the remote in my hand to get my thumb to reach the volume buttons. Makes no sense! Seriously thinking of returning it and buying a Xumo box.

    Amazing device!

    I've only just had time to begin using the Roku Express 4K+ but even in the few hours I've spent I can see there is a huge amount of viewing material. I'm planning to drop my cable service and wanted to preview just what is accessible through the device, and for me, at least, there is more than enough entertainment to make a smooth transition.

    Better than I expected

    I have an older Roku / Sharp TV. The Roku interface was very slow and I had to restart frequently. Was thinking about replacing, when Roku offered this unit as a refurbished unit. Too good of a deal to pass up. Well the power supply was bad, but I located an extra. What a great surprise! It is fast, great picture and a voice remote to boot. No need to replace tv, this works better than I could have dreamed.

    Great Product but cannot synch Volume Control

    This product works great but I have tried multiple solutions and cannot figure out how to have my Roku Express control volume by voice command. I have tired everything in the synch process. I tried every code and even went on to other codes. No luck. My TV is set for CEC and I have tried IR settings too, no luck. I can control on and off with Voice but not volume with Voice
