A: Hello Chris, this remote is only for Roku TVs and not devices, you can either purchase a players remote, or the voice remote pro. The device doesn’t need to have internet to pair the remote.

Decent price for these remotes., but the design is flawed. We have to replace these regularly. They’ve made an improvement to the shell making it less slippery. The buttons stop working eventually because you have to use the same ones constantly rather than being able to input a number.

Hello there, thanks for taking a moment to share. Roku devices were initially made only for streaming, so their remotes didn't have number buttons. In addition, sometimes, Roku remotes can have functionality issues from their devices due to power issues, Wi-Fi problems, or random glitches. As a quick tip to fix, check that your batteries are aligned correctly and that there's no debris blocking the path. Try to restart your Roku device by going to Home > Settings > System > Power.
