Q: will it work for streaming device like firestick or Google Chromecast or an Android box

Regarding your question about the Philips 4-Device Universal Remote Control Pearl White: While this will work with many televisions, DVD and Blu-ray players, keep in mind the Fire Stick and Chromecast remotes use Radio Frequencies for most functions and not Infrared light.
