It has no lid, therefore it's always trying to connect to something. Always. In my purse, it's on, you can't turn it off. Battery drains incessantly. A circular problem. Oy Vey! Do not buy.

Worst earbuds ever made, ever used, ever seen.
At first I thought I was missing something, looked inside the packaging box again, looked at the manual, and true to it, these earbuds were designed to stay exposed to dirt, germs, and loss. Can’t be used with phone calls as the other end hears you mumbling like you’re undersea. The designer should be banned from designing anything else for humans They have good bass but extremely poor noise cancellation. They’re also not the most comfortable, but they will hold during a good run. They’re only clear for music. Would not recommend and I regret buying.

With regards to the noise cancellation, you can create a tight seal by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on. The Case MELTED While Charging
Buy literally any other earbuds. If the fact they don't reliably charge doesn't deter you, the possibility of them being a fire hazard should. The case for the earbuds literally MELTED while they were charging. Thank goodness we were home and were able to unplug them before anything tragic happened.

As they advise, make sure they fit snugly and you will be rewarded with epic bass. Controls are good and have allowed me to adjust the position of the earbuds without triggering an unwanted command. Noise cancellation allows me to work around machines without going quite mad...it's really good. Case design is unique and has worked for me so far. The "ambient aware" mode is quite nice/helpful. The conversation mode is cool. When in this mode the music or podcast doesn't pause so you'll miss a bit of whatever it is while you're conversating :) on the fence with that design decision. Not bad...just not sure. Quite happy with this purchase.

I have gotten free airline headphones that stay in my ears better than these. It's like the designer doesn't realize that putting puting a bulky heavy section of the device externally and above a flimsy silicone earpiece that is expected to hold them in place while moving is a BAD idea. No case cover??? For real? Cool, now we get debris. ZERO functional ergonomics. These things fall out every single time I try to use them regardless of the tips I put on them. Nobody cares about the sound quality or features if they are incredibly inconvenient to use. Very poor product design. AND (This part doesn't bother me as much because it only happened once) I put them into ambient aware and it screeched in my ear. LOUD screech.

I wish I was kidding when I say it’s one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. they’re skimping on covering earbuds…. I left another review and the quality somehow has deteriorated more since then (mission, I thought impossible?). Do NOT buy. I would rather have short wired earphones where only one works compared to this madness. Honestly a health thing, how do you not cover something that goes inside your ear. Soooo disappointed to be such a polarized user. I used to love this brand

Great with some flaws
I'm quite surprised with the audio quality for such small driver though they haven't got the thump of the JBL wave flex and other earbuds with bigger drivers. They fit really nicely into my ears with the customisable tips though I wish they had a symbol or colour to match them easier. The microphones are very good and clear and crisp as the listing says but the anc isn't top notch and struggles to cut out noises on public transport but is able to effectively mute talking. Most 4 out of 5 product ever!

Not so active noise cancelling
I bought these a week ago. Basic headphones for the price, but active noise cancelling... There is none. The only difference between ambient aware and talk through modes is that the microphone no longer lets sound through. I have the JBL Reflect MiniNc headphones and their noise cancelling is from a completely different planet. So if you value active noise cancelling headphones, stay away from these.

Fit and features not as expected
I bought these several weeks ago and I've had so many issues with them. There is no lid to the case, which means I can't as easily throw it in my bag, it has to stay upright mostly. This also feels unhygienic - much more dust and dirt can get into the case, and onto the buds. Also, the ear buds do not sit well in my ears, I've tried all the sizes. If I start talking or singing while wearing them, they immediately pop out of my ears. Adjusting how they sit in my ears is also difficult, because of the touch commands. I'll go to push an earbud more securely in my ear and wind up turning off noise cancelling or pausing the song I'm playing. I've been pretty unhappy with this purchase so far. Mechanically, they work fine.

100% would buy again.
These are my third pair. I am highly satisfied with these. I love the design of the charger. I can fit it into any pouch. No custom case needed. I have never had the buds fall out of its charger. I missed placed my first pair and accidentally washed one of my earbuds in my second pair. While doing laundry. It still works but the charge wasn't reliable when I purchased my 3rd pair. Now its three days later and my 3rd pair just arrived and my 2nd pair are almost to 100%. I still don't regret getting this 2 gen vibe buds. Ps these vibe buds fit in all Bath and Body works hand sanitizer 👝 pouches. So many cute💗 options.
