A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 TWS isn't Qi-compatible for wireless charging. The earbuds can only be charged by putting them inside the charging case which can be plugged into a power outlet. Alternatively, you can check out our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS or JBL Live Free 2 TWS, as these models are Qi-compatible for wireless chargers. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

There’s absolutely no bass unless you use the equalizer to set it to extreme bass. Also, the active noise canceling simply doesn’t work. You can turn it on and off and won’t notice a difference.
Not good for teleworking. Audio doesn't work with laptop

I found mine one day in the dryer while I was drying clothes. They were in the case and were making a loud noise as they banged the dryer walls. So they probably survived a washing cycle as well ! I thought they would have been damaged but both the case and earbuds were working perfectly, I couldn’t believe it. Would strongly recommend. Oh and they sound great, that classic JBL quality sound.

Pros: Big sound in a little package. JBL is good at delivering good sound quality for relatively low price. Cons: ANC. ANC. And ANC. This JBL has Ambient Noise Control n or ANC which allows users to either turn on noise suppression or let in ambient noise. Good idea in theory, but in practice this means every time you turn on the headphones, it sounds like someone is blowing air into your ear on top of whatever music, podcast, audiobook you're listening to. You can manually turn it off, but you have to do so every. Single. Time. An easy fix would be to have a setting where you can change the default mode, but this does not exist. It's not the end of the world, but it's impressively annoying to have to change a setting every time one uses a headphone, and something I wish I knew before purchasing.

When you use it again, the device will remember the last setting you selected (Noise Cancelling, Ambient Aware, or Off). First, I’ll start with what I didn’t like… They do feel a little cheap. The sound quality is so so but not bad and the volume level is not great. The good is that it’s an exceptional value for the quality and JBL does no sound. let’s not kill each other. They are now owned by Harmon Kardon . At $40 which is what I paid in September 2025 they are definitely a great value, especially that has the noise canceling and other superior features that you’ll only find in buds costing 3,4 even 10 times as much. so if you’re on a budget, I can’t afford those B&O’‘s then this might be a good call..

Earbuds work well for sound canceling. I have small ears and after I wear the earbuds awhile, my ears hurt on the cartilage. Otherwise, I am happy with them.

Got these for my husband, he likes them a lot. Can barely tell he has them in they are small. the case is small too, so he has almost lost them twice. Had to buy a rubber case that is larger so they don’t slide out of his pocket and it’s easier to find. The case glows in the dark too. Haha

I have had these for a few weeks now and the sound is AMAZING! I also find the fit is much better, these are definitely a new and improved version of the last pair. The ability to keep the earbuds in and change to hear through them is an improvement over the older ones, they had this feature as well but it wasn't as clear as these. My only issue is that I find them a little difficult to get out of the case. This is probably a good thing as the last pair, if I dropped the case it would pop open and the earbuds would fly out. So it's something I'm willing to live with.

When I first started using the Vibe Beam 2 ear buds I thought something was wrong because they were so quiet. I made adjustments in the app and it got a bit louder but still not sufficient. I then tried the other size ear pieces and that helped, but I’m still disappointed at the overall volume. Even with the noise canceling turned on they just don’t get loud enough.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Vibe Beam 2 TWS. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). We also recommend cleaning the earbuds with a cotton swab of alcohol. This will help remove dust or dirt that is blocking the ear tip causing low volume output. If you need more help, please contact us.

These are amazing Stellar sound quality Ergonomic ear fit with the twist lock! Sound quality is amazing did i mention that!!? omg companion jbl app that works amazing and it has an ambient sound effect mode!! Two types of noise canceling as well I’m listening to Joni Mitchell’s Both Sides Now with these currently and it sounds like the first time hearing the song all over again! I am very very impressed!!

I recently purchased vibe beam 2 great sound and I like that you can create your own sound effects with the adjustable equalizer just wish the fit was better tried all the ear pieces but they want to fall out while singing along with my music but all in all a great product maybe I should have got something that wraps the ears

The Vibe Beam 2 are a big improvement over the Vibe Beam. They have a better ambient mode, better call quality and the ANC is better then the JBL Tune Buds. The ANC isn't high end but it does a decent job of muffling out most sounds. The app features are vastly improved over the Vibe Beam particularly the Equalizer which is absolutely needed to get the most out of these earbuds since out of the box they sound flat. However unlike the Vibe Beam the Vibe Beam 2 respond better the bass adjustments. The amount of bass is about he same as what we got with the Original Vibe 200 earbuds. JBL finally addressed the way the Vibe earbuds fit into your ears with the design being less bulky and much more comfortable and able to stay in place. The charging case is similar to the Vibe Beam design wise which is something I thought was fine since the case works fine. So overall JBL addressed all the issues the Vibe Beam had and really improved them with the Vibe Beam 2 while adding more features like multi point and longer battery life.

This was a waste of money and they feel cheap. I purchased these earbuds 02 May 2025 and I have regretted it daily. The controls do not work well, they are incredibly uncomfortable, and if you remove an earbud it does not automatically pause. If you remove one while it is paused, it will resume playing.
