    My friend say it’s hard for them to hear me. Sounds like I’m underwater when I’m speaking with the headphones. When it’s a noise canceling status, I can still hear people talking around me, though. It may sound like my head is underwater and the sound is coming through, but I can still hear the sound. Comfort wise, there are pretty comfortable and I really love the color

    Thank you for letting us know about our JBL Vibe Beam 2. The noise‑cancelling feature is designed primarily for music listening, so when it is activated during a call, it may filter unnecessary sounds coming from the other party. If the person on the other end is also using headphones with noise‑cancelling, the effect will be similar. You may try to disable this feature and see how it goes. We can also try to do a reset by tapping the earbuds' sensor twice (while outside the case) and hold it on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. Trying another source device is also applicable. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

    Worst earbuds I’ve ever owned!

    I’ll be returning mine, they are not great quality my hair rubbing on the outside of them makes a static noise in the ear buds, also if it’s slightly windy it makes them sound staticy as well. Worst earbuds I’ve ever owned!

    Get shoks or something better

    Sounds isn’t bad but they are slippery ! The fit sucks too, they don’t stay in my ears. Not good for a workout or just sitting listening to something while working or anything at all. Poor design . Constantly just falling right out of my ears. So I got fed up and tossed them where they belong, the trash.

    These earbuds are great! The color is really nice and once you customize the settings to your liking it's smooth sailing. Docking a star because a lid would be nice to have, and also being on a call and using them doesn't work that well. You can hear people clearly but people cannot hear you (I tried calling multiple people to experiment). Other than that you can't beat the price!

    Pretty underwheling

    I lose a lot of ear buds over the years. So I can confidently say I’ve tried several types at this price point and lower. I Found these hard to fit. They didn’t fall out but they certainly don’t seat perfectly. Sound quality isn’t great either. I have a cheep JLabs pair without noise cancellation that sound better They pair easily though, no problems there. And no one complained of the call quality when I was on the phone.

    Love them!

    I love these! They are comfortable to wear, sound great, and battery lasts forever. Sure noice cancelling doesn't work with only one in, but I honestly think that is common sense. I will continue using JBL products after this purchase. Very Happy!

    Great bang for the buck. These earbuds sound great, are easy to pair and are very comfortable. I had a pair of Dre Beats Studio buds before this, which are not cheap. I only used them a few times before they stopped working for no reason. These JBL earbuds work way better for much less. It also has an app where you can customize the sound. Love them
