The earbuds can only be charged by placing them inside the charging case, which must be plugged into a power outlet. Alternatively, you may check out our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS or JBL Live Free 2 TWS, as these models are Qi‑compatible with wireless chargers.

  • A: Thanks for the inquiry. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 earbuds' LED indicator will show a solid white light once they are fully charged. As for the charging case, the light indicator located in the center will show different colors based on the battery level, red for low battery, orange for around 50%, and green for approximately 75% and above. The light on the case will turn off completely when it has reached a full charge.

    Pretty underwheling

    I lose a lot of ear buds over the years. So I can confidently say I’ve tried several types at this price point and lower. I Found these hard to fit. They didn’t fall out but they certainly don’t seat perfectly. Sound quality isn’t great either. I have a cheep JLabs pair without noise cancellation that sound better They pair easily though, no problems there. And no one complained of the call quality when I was on the phone.

    Love them!

    I love these! They are comfortable to wear, sound great, and battery lasts forever. Sure noice cancelling doesn't work with only one in, but I honestly think that is common sense. I will continue using JBL products after this purchase. Very Happy!

    Love These Earbuds!

    Great bang for the buck. These earbuds sound great, are easy to pair and are very comfortable. I had a pair of Dre Beats Studio buds before this, which are not cheap. I only used them a few times before they stopped working for no reason. These JBL earbuds work way better for much less. It also has an app where you can customize the sound. Love them

    They are fine. Just some features are super annoying. Half the features don’t work when you are only using one headphone like the noise cancelling so there is like a weird static sound that is louder than the environment. Once on headphone shuts off you can’t turn it on without the case, like why wouldnt you have a way to turn it on?! They are pretty lightweight not sure if it feels cheap or just light. The ear adapters it comes with are in fact cheap and so uncomfortable. Overall they function but there are many other Jbl headphones with better features.

    I was amazed it doesnt hurt my ears some bluetooth when i used to 30mins my ears hurt because of the heat of the earbuds. This works for me the whole day. Nice and lightly and u cant hear much of outside just ur music aounds you are hearing. I like it at night makes me sleep well. Sounds good and crisps and clear. Thank you i will recommended this so much two thumbs up for me😊

    Sain nämä joululahjaksi ja ne ovat olleet käytössä noin 3 kuukautta. Äänenlaatu on ollut hyvä, ne ovat helppokäyttöiset ja pysyvät hyvin korvissa, jos ei hikoile paljon. Plussaa myös siitä, että värejä on useita tarjolla. Yksi kuuloke on kuitenkin tippunut pari kertaa, ja sen jälkeen se on alkanut katkaista ääntä. Joudun yhdistämään sen uudelleen useita kertoja. Välillä toimii, välillä ei ollenkaan. Vika saattaa johtua pudotuksesta, mutta silti harmittaa, että pudotus vaikutti näin paljon toimintaan.
