I don't have any concerns about the product but the order placed. I just don't get why I must purchase Care+ in-store, and when I went to the store for pick-up, the employee told me it was a no-go that I must purchase Care+ online or through customer service (which was another no-go that wasted me 30 minutes). Wheelchair user

Watch integrates with electronic smart drive for my son's wheelchair. He can control the speed, acceleration, start and stop using his watch. He can also track how many pushes he does per day and calories burned. Watch is also great in case he falls out of his wheelchair, we can be notified. He got the cellular version in case he forgets to take his phone with him.
