Life saver
My son bought me the Venu3 for my birthday 2 years ago after I had a heart attack. July 1st 2024. This July 1st i was back in the hospital. My watch showed my heart rate would drop to 26bpm. In actuality it was doubling up. I was having an extra heartbeat every three or four beats. I'm doing fine now. I love my watch. I wish I could figure out the golf app...lol!

Functionality and Design Review
Bought this about a month ago after buying a Forerunner 170 and a Venu 3 and returned both. Functionality: I’ve tracked a couple walks and I like how it tracks elevation. The graphs are elegant and insightful. The Garmin app has had no trouble syncing the data so far which is awesome because I ran into that issue in the past with Fitbit. The automatic sleep tracking and nap detection has been pretty spot on in my experience. I like the movement reminders because I have a desk job and it’s nice to be reminded to move my body often. The UI of the buttons and touch screen is very simple and intuitive. Tutorials were helpful and I got the hang of it quickly. Music download does take some time but it’s so nice to not have to take my phone on a walk/run and still be able to listen to my workout playlists while I’m out. Battery lasts pretty long! As advertised it uses about 10% a day - more on days where the face is more active I’m assuming. But it charges quickly when I’m in the shower and I love not having to charge it daily or even every 3 days. It lasts a whole week at least which is great. Design: I love the size of this watch. Doesn’t take up my whole wrist and still has a big enough screen to display everything I want. I downloaded a couple watch faces that I love (Fenix being one of them) and I get everything I need at a glance. The watch strap it comes with is comfortable for daily wear but I did buy some handmade leather straps for more dressy occasions and the charcoal color of the watch goes well with dark brown, light tan, and forest green leather! Love the look of it. I’m really happy with my purchase. I have a relative with the same watch and it’s lasted him a long time so I hope I get to enjoy it for a long time as well!

Had it for a month now. It was a gift. It replaced my Apple watch and it’s great. Does so much more

Quality watch ...
Just received the replacement for my venu that had the watchface display go blank. Outside the warranty so cost me the replacement fee. The watch features are very good.

Great Watch, beats the competition
I purchased the watch about three weeks ago and love it. I have owned the Apple watch Ultra and the 11 and I find the garmin very clear, love the roundness, and how effective the battery alone is. The battery to me is awesome, defitnely Garmin has dominated the market on the battery. So many functions, health to me is better than apple. I believe this will be my watch of choice now. I loved it so much, I bought the Vivosmart 6 in about two weeks. Now i alternate and love them both, so By bye Apple / Hello Garmin. I'm Team Garmin now. What will be my next one?

Harv's 3
I upgraded from the 2. Love the 3. Tracks my 75 year old carcass pretty well for many of the things the cardiologist likes to see. BIGGEST COMPLAINT it does not have a Treadmill WALKING setting for us "Old" people who fron knee replacements can not run anymore.

Disappointed with long-term reliability
I really enjoyed using the Garmin Venu 3. The health tracking, battery life, smart notifications, and overall feature set are excellent, and it quickly became my favorite smartwatch for balancing fitness tracking with everyday use. Unfortunately, I've now experienced the same display issue twice. My original Venu 3 developed problems with the screen colors and backlight and was replaced by Garmin with a refurbished device. Approximately eight months later, the replacement watch has developed the same issue following a software update. Garmin support has been helpful, but for a premium-priced device, I expected better long-term reliability. I love the functionality of the Venu 3 when it's working properly, but based on my experience, I have concerns about the durability of the display over time. If Garmin addresses these reliability issues, this would easily be a 5-star product. As it stands, I can't fully recommend it without reservation.

Everything you need at a glace
This one tracks everything! I find the aleep data especially important. It has a variety of free watch faces that can display all your metrics and it syncs perfectly with my iPhone. I love Garmins, I am a loyal Forerunner customer for years now but I do love the added features of the Venu!

Workout tracking
I bought this a month ago and I’m extremely disappointed.. I got it to measure sleep and heart rate and the sensor on this one may be faulty.. constantly saying my heart rate is 100+ and only getting 3 hours of sleep (so I recorded myself for a whole week and got 7 hours of sleep.. while the garmin said 3.5 hours… or wouldn’t even measure sleep) I should’ve gotten the venu 4 but will probably never get a garmin again after this experience.

Great health tracking
I got this watch about a month ago and I am loving all the features! I got this watch primarily for tracking my sleep score, steps and daily activity but it has much more capability. If you take the time to setup, you can customize features that provide useful health information. The watch faces are excellent. By linking to my phone, I can get notifications when I am away from my phone. I highly recommend the Venu 3

Excellent fitness watch
I've had this almost a month now (replacing my Venu 2). I absolutely love it. Bright display, multiple features and increased number of workout trackers, and great battery life. Well worth what I spent. (And my wife has been thrilled with hers too.)

Great features
I purchased my Venu 3 shortly after it became available. It replaced my Vivoactive 4. I was most interested in the ECG App. My biggest disappointment is the "raised" face that scratches very easily. Within a few months of purchase the face looked very bad.

Exchange/upgrade?
Poorest model, being my fourth Garmin watch; it doesn’t allow me to answer phone calls and isn’t monitoring my sleep correctly (having been very pleased with my prior Instinct Solar). I’ve had the Venu 3 for just less than three months; can it be exchanged/pay for upgrade to the Venu 4, please?

Great Watch!
One of the best watches I've owned. Had fitbits previously, wife had an apple watch...none of them compare to Garmin, it flat-out works. Great features, and it does exactly what I want it too!

Good watch
I have very much enjoyed the Venu 3. It appears reasonably accurate calculating steps outside. It has all of the Smart functions I would want. On the con side, The treadmill function could be more accurate, but is correctable. It does question all the other distances you may walk inside. I wish the flash light feature was better. The integration with an iPhone for phone calls and messages is iffy. Overall, I would purchase it again - or upgrade to the Venu 4.

Excellent watch for all my activities, including gym workouts, hiking, swimming, backpacking, etc. Very easy to set up and I like all the dat options I have. Excellent screen design and options. My only concern here is that this watch requires more frequent charging than my Instinct Solar, even though it’s not in GPS mode.
