Jam-packed with all the features I need
I replaced my Venu 2 with the Venu 3 this year and am very happy with the performance and improvements in the series. It was very easy to set up and transition to. All the features I have come to love in the Venu series are even better with the 3.

Great watch. Definitely an upgrade ro the Vwnu 2 I had. It does everything I need it to do and then some. Great price point as well.

I loved the Venu 2 and the Venu 3 is even better
I bought this nearly a month ago and it continues to offer even better qualities than my Venu 2 that I sold for about half of what it cost me to upgrade to the new Venu 3. This is only of my favorite possessions because I use several apps nearly every day.

Great battery life and features
Received for Christmas gift and appreciate the great battery life. I had a Fitbit which was much smaller and also very good battery life, but this watch is bigger and has a lot more features but wish it paired with an Apple iphone better.

Sleek, modern and stylish!
I absolutely love my Garmin Venu 4. I transitioned from the more stats-driven Instinct 2 Solar, and while that watch was powerful, the Venu 4’s touchscreen and intuitive interface make a huge difference in everyday use. Starting activities is fast and seamless without needing to press multiple buttons, which is perfect for gym classes and quick transitions. On top of that, the Venu 4 is sleek, modern, and stylish, making it easy to wear all day, at the gym, at work, or out and about. Most importantly, I still get the key training and health statistics I’ve come to rely on, all wrapped in a clean, polished design that doesn’t feel bulky or overly technical.

Missing activites
I got this as a Christmas present and while I love the update, I found that I cannot find all the activities that my Garmin 255 had. I could create one, but I’m concerned that the datapoints will not be the same. For example. Run is just run. Ther is no trail run. So either I’m Hiking in the woods or running in the woods.

Excellent upgrade
Bought this as a step up from my 2+ year old Forerunner 45, and only regret that I waited so long to do it. Easy to use, tons of useful features with plenty of customization options. 100% would recommend

Watch sensor
My review is based off of the sensor not being accurate with the heart rate goes on and off throughout the day it doesn’t catch you’re sleeping at night although the watches put on tight but not too tight. It just sucks. I threw away the box. And now I can’t get a refund sucks.

Good watch but some things I’m frustrated with
I got this a couple weeks ago and it’s pretty solid with battery life and some features like the ekg app. The sleep tracking is terrible with it barely recording any rem for me. It usually says I get less than an hour of rem each night which I know is wrong

Good afternoon! I attached some helpful articles about how our watches track sleep data: • "What is Advanced Sleep Monitoring in Garmin Connect?" - http://ms.spr.ly/6422tRRZo • "Sleep Tracking" - http://ms.spr.ly/6423tRRZU -CF

Great life style companion
I been using this device for some time, day and night. It’s an awesome watch, it can measure how good is your sleeping, it can recommend when you need to sleep more time, do some exercise or breath and relaxation exercises to improve sleep. Also, it is capable to tell how much stress is present through all day. All this measures leads to one great data: body battery. This one tells you how much energy do you have for all your activities and how different scenarios impact, like doing exercise, experimenting some high stress episode, taking a snap and more. Of course, Venu 3 is also capable to read your sport performance, like running, biking, hiking, and much more. Maybe it is not the best for high performance athletes but it is great for casuals that want to improve their health. And of course, it also gives the time!!

Sleep features
Really like the sleep features the Venu 3 offers. The body battery is also good insight, as well as automatic nap detection. Still want to upgrade to the Venu 4

Beautiful screen
I bought this watch to replace my aging Garmin vivoactive 5. The screen and colors really pop. I still learning how to access all of the features that I use, but it appears to be a significant upgrade from my Vivoactive 5 which is getting old. I really like the watchface I downloaded for it. Lots of information at my fingure tips.

Long battery life and great tracking!!
So far I’m super impressed with the Venu 3’s display, heart rate sensor, and app to go along with it. And the battery lasts over a week even though I use fitness tracking a ton!! Thanks Garmin!! I’m sure for many years to come!!!

Garmin Venu 3 – A Near-Perfect Everyday Companion
After almost a year with the Garmin Venu 3, I can confidently say it’s one of the most well-balanced smartwatches I’ve ever used. It’s not trying to be flashy like an Apple Watch or overly technical like some of Garmin’s rugged multisport models—it simply works, every day, in a way that feels thoughtful and reliable. What I Still Love: Battery Life: This is where the Venu 3 shines. I regularly get 7–10 days on a single charge with daily workouts and notifications on. It’s refreshing to not be chained to a charger. Health Tracking: Garmin’s sleep insights, HRV status, and stress tracking have become genuinely useful to me. The morning report and nap detection (which was surprisingly accurate) add real value. Fitness & Recovery Data: Whether it’s gym sessions, cycling, or runs, the watch gives detailed, actionable data without drowning you in metrics. The Body Battery feature remains a standout for understanding how well-recovered you are. Build & Comfort: The AMOLED display still looks crisp and bright, and the watch feels light enough for 24/7 wear. The tactile buttons make it easy to use during workouts—something touchscreen-only watches can struggle with. What Could Be Better: Garmin Pay & Smart Features: Contactless payments and notifications work fine, but the smartwatch side of things still trails Apple and Samsung in polish. Sleep Tracking Consistency: While generally accurate, there are occasional nights where the data feels off—especially with shorter naps. Price Point: It’s premium, and while it earns most of that price through build quality and metrics, you can find cheaper Garmin models with 80% of the features. Verdict: After nearly a year, the Garmin Venu 3 has proven durable, consistent, and genuinely helpful in maintaining better habits. It’s the sweet spot for people who want serious fitness data in a sleek, everyday design.

Great watch.
Had an Apple Watch that the battery wouldn't last more than 2 hours. Bought the top of line newest Apple Watch and the battery would only last 5-6 hours. Got this watch and legit 7 days of battery life and very active.

Has the features I was looking for!
Had the watch for several weeks now. Previously owned forerunner 405 cx, vivoactive HR and the vivoactive 3. Love the advancements/up grades from my previous watches. Choose this watch for the ecg feature. This watch has not disappointed!

All the features I need
I was looking for a watch that has 10+ days battery life and integrates with my other Garmin products, Edge520 and InReach Messenger+. It provides all the health data I would want and is a decent looking watch at a good price. I do hiking, biking and kayaking. At my age 66, I can choose watch faces that are easy to read while on the go, without needing to put on reading glasses. I like to monitor heart rate, Sp02, and ECG.

Great for exercise activities
The Venu 3 is the ideal watch for me. I’ve been searching for a watch that helped me keep up with my all my exercise activities, and had a long battery life before needing to recharge. This watch is exactly what I was searching for and needed. I’m extremely happy with my Venu 3 and often recommend it to others.
