Not Very good speakers and not very good swim lap
The speakers doesn't work all the time when I am trying to get a phone call. The lap swim mode gives a lot not usefull data and does;t stay in a screen. Also it doesn't detect well the laps

Expectations exceeded!
I bought mine a few weeks ago, and so far it's significantly exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the fit and finish, features/ functionality, and performance are top-notch.

Recurring Voice Alerts Do Not Work
I upgraded to the Forerunner 570 from a Vivoactive 5 a few weeks out from my first marathon. I would love to give it five stars as it is almost perfect, except for one thing; the recurring voice alerts/audio prompts do not work on my Forerunner 570. They worked just fine on my Vivoactive 5. I like for my watch to tell me my pace every minute and my heart rate every 2 minutes through my headphones, so I am not looking at my watch as much when running. I went through several troubleshooting methods and even contacted support. I have the recurring voice alerts turned on correctly in the activity focus mode, they simply just do not work. At first I just though it was an issue with my headphones, but after some googling, it turns out this is a common issue that Garmin is aware of and still has not fixed. It is affecting other models of the watches as well. I've been having this issue for almost a month now, but it has been going on even before that according to other people with the same issue. Once Garmin fixes this issue, I would love to change my review to 5 stars and say the Forerunner 570 is absolutely perfect and I wear it every single day. It is really great for runners and I would highly recommend it if you don't use the audio prompts, but if you do, I would go for another model, I don't know when this issue will be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback! I'd like you to make sure that you have the latest version of the Garmin Connect app installed. To update Connect, please visit your mobile device's app store. If it's already up-to-date, then I'd like you to try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If your Connect app is up-to-date and you're still not receiving audio prompts for Laps, then I recommend the following: 1. Make sure that Lap Alerts are enabled. You can do so by holding the middle-left button and selecting Watch Settings > Focus Modes > Activity > Voice Alerts > Lap Alert. 2. Restart both your watch and your phone. If this issue persists, please reach out to Garmin Support directly so they can assist you further. You can do so at 1-800-800-1020 Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Central.

Happy with this upgrade
This is the most expensive Garmin watch I have purchased. So far, impressed with the features and performance that are more “Top tier” level. Looks great, and the colors are lovely. Large watch face is beautiful. Watch weight is light and the band is very comfortable! Love it!

Best choice ever!
I bought the Forerunner 570 (47mm) one month ago, and I absolutely love it! I used to be an Apple Watch user, and switching wasn’t easy at first, but now I’m super happy. For customers like me, let me share: you can use all the features seamlessly with your iPhone (I have an iPhone 14 Plus). You can read messages (though not reply), and you can both receive and make calls directly from your Garmin. Notifications come through perfectly. One of the features that made me want to buy it is that I can use Spotify and play/download music. I’ve also started training with Garmin Coach for my first run, and it’s been a great experience so far. This watch isn’t just a sports watch for me—it has changed my routine, my mindset, and even my life. It gave me back the feeling of being able to push myself and stay focused.

Amazing Watch
I switched over from the instinct to this and it has been nothing short of amazing. The upgrade has definitely levelled up my running experience. Some of my favourite features are the bright amoled touch screen, music player, target pace alerts/audio prompts and accurate sleep tracker to name a few. No regrets whatsoever and plan to hold this for years to come. Would absolutely recommend, super worth it for the long run.

Affordable with great features
I really like this watch, I previously had the 965 and I loved that watch until it just died on me. This was a good replacement but my one complaint is that the start/stop button is more towards my wrist making it hard to time multiple intervals. The button on my 965 was longer and flatter and much, much easier to use. Many times now when I go to stop my watch, I end up pressing my flesh against the button because I have no other option if my hand is reaching for the pool wall. Super annoying when I am doing sets of short intervals. Aside from the terrible placement of that button, the watch works great and the graphics are bright and easy to see.

Great Sport Watch
Coming from an Apple Watch Ultra 2. I am very impressed with the Garmin ecosystem and this is my first Garmin device. I do wish that more metrics were reported to Apple Health and throughout the day, such as Heart Rate Variability, even sleeping HRV would be acceptable. I am not a fan of how notifications work, even when disabled in the Garmin Connect app they are still sent to the Garmin (just hidden). I would leave notifications enabled except when I read the notification on my Garmin it's still unread on my iPhone (unlike Apple Watch which shares read status). But, the built-in training plans, fitness metrics, etc. are top notch and worth hit for a serious athlete. One final note, the built-in microphone hasn't gotten very good reviews from people I have called using the Garmin, contrary to the Apple Watch which has a microphone indistinguishable from calling directly from the phone. Given the microphone is a selling point for this watch I wouldn't add too much weight to this feature, that being said I rarely would need to use the microphone on my watch.

Great Features!
I bought this about a month ago and love all the features. I will say I love the extended battery life. Now I know some people get a couple weeks or longer from a charge. I am usually once a week charge but I also think I am someone who drains watch batteries. My previous fruit watch wouldn’t last the whole day would be dead within 8-10 hours and this was always the case for multiple different smart watches I have tried. So I feel once a week charge for an hour or so is nothing. Overall very pleased with how well it works and the breakdown stats of everything. I love the customization you can do with workouts!

Cool watch
I love all the features and functionality once I figured it all out, which didn’t take me long. I just wish the step count showed up on the face of the watch like my Swim2 watch. I really like the trim and cool watch band.

So detailed!
I switched over from a Google Pixel, wanted to upgrade. Definitely did that. Love all the options, love the push buttons, love the stats. Only reason not to give it 5 stars is because takes time to learn how to do the activities and get confused sometimes. But, just have to be patient.

Great Watch
I’m an ultra runner who finally took the plunge. Love the watch, the data, the usability, all of it. Hate the band. It should come with a nylon one as this one causes problems.

Over all great watch, although expensive
Love the look and feel of the watch. The features are awesome and it's fairly straightforward and simple to use. My only gripe is that it doesn't have the option to download maps for navigation on trail, especially at the price when other less expensive competitors do.

I'm enjoying it more than I thought...
Upgrading from 245 music after BT stop playing music, I was trying to decide between the 265 with longer battery life or the 570 with the newer features and speaker/phone connection and happy that I chose the 570. I get about a week of battery life, with three 3m runs a week with music and GPS and 3-4 hours of tennis daily with no GPS. I'm happy with that. Love the morning & evening reports! It really makes me look at recovery and sleep as an important aspect of training. Didn't think I would use the phone connection, but the once or twice a day that I do, it's been useful and convenient. The smaller 42mm fits nicely on a small wrist, and I love the colors! Overall, very happy with the 570!

FANTASTIC WATCH
I am a long distance runner...I retired my Apple watch with the Garmin Forerunner 570 42mm. I cannot say enough great things about this watch. As a runner, I needed the battery to last a long time and my Apple Watch was not cutting it. My Garmin 570 Forerunner has 11 days worth of battery! Unreal and so awesome. This watch is the best watch for running...hands down. If you want a smart watch, stick to the Apple watch...if you want a active/fitness watch, get the Garmin Forerunner 570! You will not be disappointed.

First Garmin after Several Other Smartwatches
My only regret with this product is that I didn’t get a Garmin sooner. After only a few short weeks I have already been seeing improvements in my fitness and lifestyle (rest, recovery, stress, etc.). I have already recommended the 570, due to its great new features, to several family and friends.

Love love love
Finally made the switch to Garmin from Apple and I could not be happier. I love all the features and not having to charge my watch 2-3 times a day is a game changer. The only thing I don’t like is that the glass isn’t sapphire which I think has been pretty standard the past few years.
