Awesome metrics, but battery drops fast!
This watch is top-tier for marathon training, offering detailed metrics that genuinely improve performance. However, the battery life is unreliable—dropping from two days of estimated charge to a low-battery warning in just one hour. Fix the estimation accuracy, and it's a five-star device.

Great addition to training
I am so pleased with the tracking that my watch provides. I am still learning all the capabilities, and I am excited to see the improvements it makes in my training long term.

Good features but won’t receive text messages
I love it. The way it looks and all. The features the battery life. O my thing is I can’t receive text from my iPhone. I have read that you should be able to but mine will not work, no matter what I do. I can receive all other Messages and notifications just not texts. That’s my only complaint. Really enjoying it otherwise

After using the Garmin Forerunner 570, I can honestly say it has become one of my favorite running tools. As someone who loves running and is constantly working toward new goals, this watch has helped me pay more attention to my training, recovery, and overall health. The GPS has been very accurate during my runs, and I love being able to track my pace, heart rate, sleep, and recovery. The AMOLED screen is beautiful and easy to read, even during those early morning or hot Arizona runs. What I appreciate the most is how lightweight and comfortable it is. I wear it all day, not just while running. The training readiness and recovery features remind me that rest is just as important as putting in the miles. This watch has motivated me to stay consistent and push toward bigger goals, including marathon training. If you’re a runner looking for a watch that helps you train smarter and keeps you motivated, I highly recommend the Garmin Forerunner 570. It has been a great investment in my running journey. 🏃♀️⌚️💙

Does the job well.
Bought this to replace a Fitbit that stopped working. The 570 does fine. Quite the learning curve, but doable. Got it mostly for heart rate and fitness stuff. TIP: For more accurate heart rate data shave your arm where the watch sits. No one will notice (unless you are an ape) and the 570 will give more reliable data. It's a good watch.

Forerunner 570 Welcomed Addition
Excellent addition too my abundant collection of Garmin Watches. Drawbacks are not enough useful apps in Connect IQ store I am looking for. In addition, the watch apps should be universal and install on all devices like hunting/fishing, Asian Calendar, etc. Would love too have less expensive options for flexibility. In addition, Connect + should be given for a year free trial with these upper end fitness devices

GOOD PURCHASE
OVERALL HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT. I DID HAVE TROUBLE GETTING IT STARTED AND LINKED WITH THE CONNECT APP AND HAD TO CALL INTO SUPPORT FOR HELP 3 TIMES TO GET IT CORRECTED (FOR WHICH IT WAS SUCCESSFULLY PAIRED AND LINKED).

Love this watch
I bought this upgrade a few weeks ago and have loved it. Went from the Forrunner 255s to Forrunner 570. As an avid runner, Hyrox competitor and CrossFit athlete this watch has what I need.

So far, so good!
I've been using the Forerunner 570 for about 1 month. To date, I've used it on runs, swims, and inline skates. Coming from having an old Garmin Forerunner 735XT, the 570 is a major improvement.Just having screen scrolling and colors is huge, especially as someone with not-so-great eyesight. It seems more accurate on tracking the distance of my swims. I especially like the morning wake-up summary, which reports on my sleep and advises me on my readiness to take on different workout levels. To be honest, I haven't used the training options, and I will likely never use most of them or some other features, but still enjoy having more data available and receiving more feedback on my wrist.

Very comfortable
Great watch , I got the 42 mm even with a large wrist it’s so comfortable to wear 24/7 as my primary wearable! The only thing I’d say is it would be nice to have some of the updated running workouts that are available on the FR 170 ?

Garmin Forerunner 570S Review – Three Weeks In
I switched to the Garmin Forerunner 570S from an Apple Watch and have been using it for about three weeks during marathon training. Setup was quick and easy, and the watch is incredibly lightweight and comfortable, especially for those with smaller wrists. I wear it 24/7 for sleep, HRV, and recovery tracking. GPS locks on almost instantly and has been accurate on roads, trails, and the track. Heart rate tracking has been much more reliable during runs than my previous watch. My favorite features are HRV, Body Battery, Stress Tracking, Sleep Tracking, and Training Readiness, which provide useful insights into recovery and overall health. The display is bright and easy to read in sunlight, the touchscreen is responsive, and the buttons work great during workouts. Battery life has averaged about four days with daily running and sleep tracking, which is a significant improvement over my previous watches. My only wishes are the ability to reply to text messages and having the time of day displayed on every workout screen. Otherwise, the watch has everything I need. Overall, the Forerunner 570S is an excellent choice for runners, marathoners, and triathletes looking for advanced training and recovery metrics in a lightweight, comfortable watch. I am very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend it.

Great gift for a runner
My husband surprised me with this for my birthday a month ago and it's amazing. Previously had the forerunner 255, what a huge improvement. The display, especially the color is amazing and it's so much lighter.

Perfect for me
I absolutely love this watch, even though I accidentally bought the 42mm version. It's super accurate, looks great, and disappears on my wrist!

Excellent Quality
I bought this to replace A Fenix 6 pro. Im happy with the purchase so far. Its not as heavy as the fenix 6 which is nice. It has all the features that I use for excersize it's water proof. The operating system is quicker than my fenix 6. Overall it's a great watch. This is the second Garmin watch I've owned. I will stay with Garmin as long as the quality and ease of use stays the same. Great watches.

I love my Garmin!
I have had this watch for about three or four weeks and I absolutely love it. I previously had an Apple Watch Series 3 it’s the only watch I have ever had and this watch is significantly better. I would’ve switched so much sooner if I would have known.

Disappointed
I have had 2 knees replaced a result from past shrapnel Wounds from Vietnam. I can only swim and walk. Even though they say this is for runners I saw features that would be better than my current Forerunner 745. Those were better brightness, the voice command and the touch screen capabilities with a smart watch features.. I have only had it a couple of weeks and the ONLY feature that is GREAT Iis the screen brightness. I have contacted the Garmin support by phone 3 times because I’ve had issues with the voice command and the touch screen. They have been SUPER. We get the voice command to come up but knot consistently. When I start my swim, I say “Start swim or start Pool swim and it searches then always goes back to the watch face. So I have to use the button only to bring up activities I touch on poop swim and it goes to setup with pool size etc . I have to push the upper right button again to start. The green arrow appears and the timer starts. Then to stop the swim I have to push the button again (voice command no response) the I say save swim same issue. When I push the button (right top) the screen comes up Save, Resume, etc. I touch on save and again nothing. I try to c scroll and nothing have to use buttons. This could be me and just lack of knowledge because I still c believe that Garmin not only has GREAT products but also for GREAT SUPPORT.This is the reason for disappointment. I have Never had any thing but Garmin. I didn’t know if I should return it and move to the 970, but it’s difficult being a Vet on fixed income to pay the more cost. I saved for 6 months and waited until the 570 went on sale!!!
