Great watch!
I've had my Vivoactive 5 for a few years now and it's one of the best investments l could make to keep track of my health. It's inexpensive, light, and not bulky. It's streamline shape and size fits perfectly for my needs.

Not bad
Not as user friendly as other devices I've owned. I had to set the time for sleep; if I go to bed earlier or later, it doesn't seem to detect that. Has a lot of features but can't seem to sync usage. Admittedly some of this may be user error.

Great Bargain. Move Fast
I've had a Vivoactive 3 for years and loved its size and features, but it's resolution wasn't too great and it's color rendition and clarity were limited by today's standards, so I just upgraded to Vivoactive 5 at a bargain price, below the current Vivoactive 6, while supplies last. Wow!!! What a difference. Lighter, slightly smaller, the colors and resolution pop, more features, better glass, and more memory. I love it. I took off one star simply because they took away the barometric pressure sensor (for elevation) and replaced the SS bezel ring with a composite material. I'm a little rough outdoors, so hoping it doesn't get banged up. So far so good. Thanks Garmin.

Versatile Tracker
This is a nice watch for a wide variety of people. I'm not into sports but it works just fine for my focus on health tracking. It gives me enough depth for sleep and daily stats to be very useful. I think it would be useful for people into sports too.

So helpful!!
I love the “new to me” features with this watch. Compass, hints, morning reflection, and encouragements throughout the day. More features than I expected with this upgrade.

Great fitness watch!
I bought this looking for a great fitness tracker for overall workouts and runs with all of the tracking. I’ve had the watch for 2 weeks now and I really love the sleep tracker and the programmable workouts so I don’t need to keep checking my phone. I also horseback ride and while I do hope that in the future, that feature will be available on this watch, the cycle feature does work just as well. Overall I’d definitely recommend!

Horrible battery life
If the battery life lasted more than a day, Id really like this watch. The first week it worked fine with minimal features. Then it did a software update. Now it won't last more than 24 hours with a full charge on the battery saver setting.

Garmin over Apple any day
I’ve had this watch for over two weeks now and it easily out does my Apple Watch hands over fist. Yes it doesn’t have all of the fitness activities the Apple Watch has, but it by far more accurate and more reliable. I’m glad I bought this watch and slowly getting away from the Apple eco system.

Disappointing choice - poorly tracks most common items
Great battery life - about a week. But honestly the worst tracker of everything else. I was in the middle of an intense workout and it read pulse of 89 when two other sources read 150+. Plus does not intuitively see active movement or activity. All around - just a sorta nice watch. Won’t replace with another one- much better options out there for the price. Sleep is also off consistently. Don’t waste your money on this one.
Beautiful and well made

I’m officially a Garmin girl, and I’m absolutely hooked! The colour is so cute, and the features and ease of use and customisation are fantastic. I took a walk today, and the fitness tracking was more accurate than any other brand I’ve tried.

Replacement for Garmin Tracker
I've used Garmin trackers for years. My last one finally bit the dust and I bought a Vivoactive 5. Very happy with it. The battery is fantastic. I charge it once a week and it usually has 35% or more left.

Great Features and Long Lasting Battery
I had my Garmin watch for almost 3 weeks now and I am impressed with the features on it and I am also impressed with how long the battery lasts before I have to charge it again. I have an Apple Watch and I had it for a few years and I would need to charge it maybe twice in the same day. I still will continue to use my Apple Watch so that I can track all of my activity on that watch and of course now on my Garmin watch
