A: Hi Bruce, if the screen is not coming on when you lift your arm then you could have theater or sleep mode enabled which is causing the issue. Please swipe down from the main watch dial to bring up the control center. Look for the two mask/curtain icon or the bed icon and if it is highlighted in then it is causing the issue. Please tap on it to disable it and it will resolve the issue. You would just need to match the band width size of 22mm for it to fit the watch.
