Great budget friendly fitness tracker!
Love this fitness tracker! Was looking for something simple not fancy. Not interested in having my calls and texts linked to the watch. This tracker exceeds my expectations. Fits comfortably, band does not pop open as others have reported and has great tracking options. On day 6 of wear and still have 58% battery. Great budget option. My husband asked me to order one for him and he’s a techy! Highly recommend!

You are annoying. Give a person AT LEAST TWO WEEKS. It is close to Christmas after all. Ask “Have you had a chance to check out your Band 7” and then ask and decide when best to check back.

BAD BAND DESIGN
band is AWFUL. fell off my wrist less than a week after buying, no idea where... total waste of money. AVOID and Target should back up their product... no way to return or fix the issue since it's lost. Just threw my money away. :(

Short Lived
This watch worked really well for a little while. I really enjoyed using it. Disappointingly it has unexpectedly stopped tracking my workout data and picking up my steps. I tried cleaning it off and giving it some time to rest. No luck. I bought the watch in July of this year. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hi Skylar, we are sorry to hear this and it sounds like it just needs to be reseted to resolve the issue. Please try to factory reset the watch to see if that will resolve the issue. The reset option is found under the watch's Settings -> System. Please note you will need to unpair all previous connections before you are able to pair it back up. Please make sure the watch is unpaired from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Next make sure you unpair it on the Zepp app by going to Device -> Amazfit Band 7 -> Unpair. After that is done then you can go through the pairing process in the Zepp app. Open the Zepp app and go to Device -> +Add -> Add Device -> Band -> Band has a QR code, to scan the QR code to pair back the watch. If it does not resolve the issue then please email us your proof of purchase at support.na@amazfit.com and we would be happy to exchange it out with a new one under warranty. Durability an issue for the band
Like it ok, have gotten used tto its quirks, like the change schreen image popping up at odd moments when not selected. The biggest issue right now is that the watchband is getting broken after the loop broke. And the loop is crucial because the "snap" comes undone with little effort. Less than 1 year's wear.

Hi Otelia, the charging cable can be easily missed within the packaging. Please double check the the insert that the Band was placed on and at the very top of that there is a small insert that houses the charging cable. You can access it from the side to open the insert. I previously had a band 5 and loved it for simplicity. Simple face, info easily read and displayed. The 7 has many different faces to choose from and none are really simple.

Unfortunately the Amazfit band overestimate naps and sleep. That doesn't help me because tracking sleep is my main reason for wanting a fitness tracker. I feel the Amazfit band is average because other features of the seem adequate

unbuckles constantly
don't bother buying this. my son had it for less than 24hrs and lost it. it unbuckled several times and he was able to catch it but finally it unbuckled and he lost it. he wasn't doing anything extreme that a normal 11 would do. he is devastated.

Do not buy this! Just don’t do it! My son lost this watch within 3 days. Fell off his wrist and he never even noticed. Worst band ever, look at the other reviews about this watch band. The watch itself is fine the band is AWFUL!!!! Save yourself the misery.

I liked the ease of set up. I am not happy with the accuracy of the step counting. I walked for 20 minutes and not one step was counted. That was the main purpose of my purchase.

HI BWS, our products gather your step/calorie data via an algorithm that determines how far one's arm would swing while walking at a normal pace. This algorithm is based on the height, weight, and gender of the user. This means that if your arms are stationary while you are walking (i.e. your hands are on your bags or in your pocket while walking) it will not register your steps taken. Michael | Amazfit Support

The functionality and quality of this watch are excellent. I purchased it for my husband, and he uses it almost every day. I highly recommend it, especially if you're into walking or running.
