Need to have a different style of band, or different sizes. It barely stays in my wife’s wrist.

I bought this band twice because I thought the first one was broken. It just doesn’t work. Heart rate monitor never works so it’s kind of pointless. If you just want to count steps save your money and buy a cheap one. Without the monitor none of the other features like stress management or PAI work. Did a whole spin class and it said i burned 2 calories. Save your money this band ain’t it.

Heartrate monitor broken

Regardless of anything else, there's a fatal flaw in this. The heartrate monitor can be so inaccurate, it breaks all other measurements. It seemed to take every movement of my arm while doing some light sparring with the boxing mode activated as a heartbeat, and it wound up with is saying my heartrate was about 100 over the actual rate. This broke my calorie count, PAI rating, and EPOC training load measurement. For $50 I guess it can be used a a costumizable watch? But as a fitness band, it's worthless.

The first days it gave me reminders of how long I'm sitting. But now nothing. Without knowing how this thing works, how do I know what's what. Plus every day it seems harder to get my step goal.

Watch is easy to use and comfortable, but when I compare my step count to other devices I use and an actual step count, it’s about 10% off.

Lacks automatic screen brightness and auto-dimming at night. Apart from this, it is a very decent fitness tracker.

The band comes undone sometimes. Walking/steps don’t seem to sync fully to Apple Health, which was a big part of what I wanted it for. But it has tons of functions and looks good.

The device I got is wildly inaccurate about steps and calories. I don't like that the app doesn't have a lot of data such as my sleep trends, etc. I'm stuck with what is essentially a fancy watch at the moment. I wouldn't buy it again. I'm just disappointed.

Had this watch for past year and just loved it. I used it to keep track of my sleep rate and swimming progress. However, I recently lost it when on a walk when it unknowingly fell off my wrist due to the crummy band snap attachment. In the past, I tried putting a little velcro on the loop to prevent this happening when I noticed that the band snap device was not secure and would easily become undone if caught on something. This velcro helped but did not solve the problem since the watch is now lost. A plastic waterproof buckle design would be an improvement.

I like the watch in some ways like the ability to swim with it, but the watch face turns on from the slightest moment and doesn’t allow me to really sleep at night with it on. It also doesn’t track all of my steps the way that it should, maybe there’s some sort of sensitivity that I can change. Overall, it’s not bad for the price but there are things about it that could be improved.

This device provides a ton of options for the user. Charging is simple and stays charged close to two weeks on single charge. Varied watch faces and tracking is nice to have. Love the temperature feature on the face of the watch. Measurements seem accurate. The sleep feature is enlightening. Band is sometimes difficult to snap on.

The watch works fine but the band is fastened by a small nub that easily comes loose. Also difficult to fasten. As others have mentioned, it comes open far too easily. I looked down to check the time one day and it was gone. Really should not be sold this way

I bought this to measure the Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) index for my cardio workouts. (This is a measure of exercise intensity and volume developed by the Cardiac Exercise Research Group at the Norwegian Technical University). This is one of the few exercise trackers in the US which still supports this index. While the watch does perform the requisite calculation, the heart rate data I obtain during intense exercise is so erratic and obviously flawed that the calculated PAI isn't meaningful. In addition, I regularly have trouble getting the band to sync with the Zepp app on my iPhone. The only way to clear the problem is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I have now had to do several times. Those issues aside, the device seems like a cheap way to track daily steps and get some feed back on sleep quality. But they need to clear up the syncing issue.
