Doesn't sync or keep accurate information
After 1 week it no longer will sync or keep accurate daily step count data. The app and watch don't match, it also doesn't start over thw step count on a new day or keep the time accurate.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about the watch not staying synced and not keeping the correct time. Allow me to help. To ensure a reliable connection, please restart your phone, reset the watch, unpair the watch from your phone's Bluetooth, and then reconnect through the app. Since the watch is connected through Bluetooth, which is a wireless connection, there are a number of reasons why your watch is not syncing. This includes Bluetooth interference, like when the watch goes outside of the phone's Bluetooth range (typically 15 ft - 33 ft), OS updates, or when the phone or watch battery is completely drained, which causes the Bluetooth connection to accidentally drop. Turning off either the watch or your phone could also be one of the reasons why your watch could get disconnected from the app, and this also affects the syncing.
