Highly recommend these earbuds.
This is second purchase as a gift for my wife. I have enjoyed this product for the last year having received it from my family as a birthday present. Superior performance to any other earbuds I have had, in particular the noise reduction when on aeroplane travel which I frequently do. Comfort is also excellent. You get what you pay for!

Returned after 2nd use!
Used twice. On the third use, the left EarPod suggested 0% battery and didn’t work… when tried all that day it didn’t work. Late in the afternoon tried again, and right EarPod suggested 0% but both worked. Tried to use the next day and left EarPod was showing no battery even though they’d constantly been on charge. Tried to disconnect and reconnect and wouldn’t reconnect. Returned to Bose in less than a week and now awaiting my replacement. Disappointed. My JLab were a quarter of the price and worked fine for 6 years.

Terrible! On my 4th set in a year!
Currently on my 4th set in a year due to the following. 1st set stopped pairing connection where only one earbud would connect and the software wouldn’t update. 2nd set had charging issues where the right earbud wouldn’t charge past 40%. 3rd set was the case wouldn’t charge the earbuds because the case itself wouldn’t charge. All were replaced by Bose and now on my 4th set and even though the sound quality and noise cancelling is great, I cannot recommend them dues to build quality/quality control. The charging case is absolutely huge and the phone app is as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Pretty poor for a “premium” brand/product. Comfort wise they are ok to good. Wished I bought something else instead of these expensive things.

Amazing - no other word/s to describe these! Already have the Quiet Comfort Ultra headphones, so understand the noise cancelling effect, but these buds are unbelievable! Got this item headphone s for Xmas testet and they work as I expected loud deep bass good battery duration use them with Bluetooth direct I don't use Bose ap that to glitchy same with all my other Bose items but I have used this for extended 5 HR walk ,run and they did not fall out not once no adjustments needed you ferget they are in your ear perfect fit

GARBAGE DO NOT BUY SAVE $$$$
These are garbage . Trash had them just little over the return time 90 days they don’t charge . Left one charges till just low and the right one doesn’t work or charge at all . Garbage will never buy another Bose product. I have stuck with them for years and years I had there glasses there speakers etc and I’m done this is pathetic.

Pure Sound
I have now been using my ultra buds now for three weeks - there're great. Sound is so pure with music and audio. You are able to get a good fit by mixing and matching the ear cushion kit. Price is a little high, but overall value is good. Happy Days

This will be last bose earbuds that i buy i cant get the left ear bud to work on its own watched countless videos on resetting and pairing but still cant get it to work
