  • A: Thanks for the question Mohamed! The charging case doesn't need to be connected to a source of power - the case will charge the earbuds automatically when the buds are in there. You only need to plug the case into power if you want to charge the case itself.

Meh! I was expecting a lot more with this price but it was a bit uncomfortable. Hate having to use the app for everything. Annoying to take out of the case. I went back to my AirPods Pro after this.

We do strive to provide a range of eartips and stability bands that will fit most customers; we also offer the alternate sizes XS and XL, if needed. They’re also very comfortable which is amazingly useful as well when you’re trying to just cancel out all the noise and the stress these headphones give you that option. The sound quality when talking on phone is very poor- I can barely hear the person to whom I’m speaking and they have difficulty hearing me as well. There is also additional feedback people on other end of the line complain about as well. These work worse than cheaper brands I’ve had in the past. I definitely do NOT recommend this product.

I've had these for a couple weeks or so and I don't get time to use them much. Today was the first time I made a call and I was not impressed with the call volume at all. Too low compared to music volume. So far that's my dislike of these earbuds. My expectations were higher than delivered.

I am still learning how to use these. I have trouble with controlling the volume, probably because I have 68 year old fingers with a brain to match. The sound is exceptional and the battery lasts a long time. I do not regret purchasing these.

Sound Quality is good. It is comfortable, but I feel it a bit loose on one of my ears even with the large ear tip. The concern I heard before buying is that it has the connection issue. I fixed that by not allowing the Bose app to access Bluetooth and it seems to work fine.

Only thing I don't care for, is the noise cancelation during phone calls or when loud noises are going off around you. With one bud in, it feel like both ears plug up during a call or when there's loud sounds in the environment. I own two other brands of ear buds; top teir levels. My bose ultra set is my favorite.
