These headphones are 200 plus and will break faster than headphones you find at a gas station. These are my second pair of quiet comforts after the 1st one broke. It'll be my last pair.

I bought these several weeks ago and can’t be any happier with the Bose experience. I already have a Bose SoundLink Micro speaker that’s just like new even after 3 years of usage and a Bose TV speaker 6 months old - it’s absolutely incredible boosting the TV sound as well as my Subaru 2018 that came with pre installed Bose Speaker system. With all my great experiences, I thought I’d invest in these Ultra Earbuds and this was the best decision I’ve made! These little buds are super powerful and are true “noise cancelling”. I love all the different options for sizes to get the perfect customized fit. I am a loyal Apple supporter however I found Apple AirPods do not have customizable fits that provide true noise cancelling features, they also slip & fall out of my ears a lot especially when exercising or moving around. I must say Bose definitely supersedes Apple with the sound experience. I can’t wait to buy more Bose products!

Stopped working after 6 months of use. Bose wouldn’t provide a replacement of the same model even though it was within warranty.

I love Bose products and have them all over my home and this is the first time in years as a returning customer, I have had a disappointing product, not one set.. Two sets of the same earbuds! The first set after just over a year I started having regular problems (prior to that it was just occasional issues) with them losing connection with my phone, but then it escalated to NO connection at all, I assumed they had broken and binned them. I then purchased a new pair in March and by May this year same issues, NO connection to my phone, so this time I returned them and recieved a full refund! I’m sad to say that I ended up with Apple AirPods cheaper and no faults..

Can't stand these they constantly loose connection. They are absolutely garbage and would not recommend these. This is my second pair. Had issues with the first pair as well and it's still the same thing. Go with beats they are better and actually work. The popping sound when these loose connection is super loud and not fun to hear in my ear. The only good thing is the sound when they decide to work.

Noticeable software errors or something wrong with the case. I've had these for a couple days and of the earbus has issues charging or doesn't charge at all. Software was already checked and the case is blinking an error code. I would be careful of this product.

I've had these for about 2 weeks and I very disappointed. I've tried many combinations of tips and rings and I can't get a secure fit. In addition the volume doesn't seem to adjust loud enough. I would have given them a one. star but the sound is nice. These were a replacement for my QC earbuds that fit well the volume was good and the sound nice

I bought the QC Ultra Earbuds last month in blue. When I put them on, they shut out the rest of the office, which is what I want. They stay charged for a long time, and when I do need to charge them, it's quick. The case is sturdy and keeps the earbuds locked inside until ready to use. My only complaint is that it's a bit difficult to get them out of the case.
