Don't waste your money
THese are the best ear buds I've ever used. However, after only using them 2 hours a week for five months they are coming apart and won't hold a charge. What a waste of money. Target won't take them backand Boise has not answered me. I should have stuck with Apple - my old ones wore out after years of use. These have been sound but I can't keep replacing them every 5 months. Back to Apple I go

The sound quality is awesome. I use my buds for listening to audiobooks. The voices are very clear, the words are easy to understand. I am disappointed in the play time. I haven’t measured the time but it doesn’t feel like more than 6 hours.

Amazing sound /noise canceling, not perfect fit
I bought it about 3 weeks ago, and I love the pure sound and the noise canceling, however the ergonomic shape i found a bit bigger for my ear, doesn't fit perfect and I'm scare to lose at some point.

Unhappy expected better
Very disappointed in product. I ended up exchanging for a new pair, but they have same problem! Looses connection & beeps constantly, left bud wont stay in ear, 1 bud shuts off on its own, & does not disconnect when returned to case. Expected better from Bose & this price point

Problems within 2 months of purchase
These earbuds no longer reliably work. I'm a person that takes care of their earbuds/headphones since having them for my commute and walks is incredibly important for me. So I was surprised that I started having problems with these earbuds very quickly after I bought them. There is *a ton* of static in the left bud and no matter how often I re-pair them with my phone, they have bluetooth issues where one or both drop out and I have to re-pair them. I also have problems with music/podcasts cutting in and out. I have the bose app on my phone, hoping that would solve my problems, but it does not. I unfortunately didn't start having problems until week 5 of my purchase so they aren't eligble to be returned, but please learn from me and DO NOT BUY.

The Absolute Best Earbuds money can buy!!
The Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds are absolutely the Best Earbuds I have ever owned!!! I never used Earbuds too often because all the earbuds I've tried were uncomfortable to wear, But the Bose are so comfortable and the Sound Quality is so incredible, I rarely remove my Bose Earbuds!! I Love listening to music again and find it difficult to stop! I can wear my Bose for 8+ hours and I don't know that I have Earbuds in. The features of the Bose Earbuds with the Bose QCE App is incredible!! I have always been a big fan of Bose Products, so when I decided it was time for a set of High Quality Earbuds, I thought of Bose!! My car has a Bose Premium Sound System that absolutely Rocks, I have a Bose Wave Radio/CD and absolutely Love it, so the only choice for Earbuds, for me, was Bose!! The battery life is insane! I have not had to charge the case yet and everyday I put my Bose Earbuds in and they say Battery 100%. The Bass of the Bose QCE is Crazy!! It's tight, controlled and prominent, just the way I like Bass! The Mids and Highs, in my opinion, could not be more Perfect! I absolutely Love my Bose QCE Earbuds and could not be happier with my purchase or Bose Products! They are worth their weight in gold as far as I'm concerned and I Highly Recommend the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds to anyone wanting the very Best in earbuds.

Poor battery life.
They are comfortable. Sound quality is good. Battery life is horrible. I can't make it through an eight hour shift even if I'm not actually using them, there just in my ear.
