These are the worst earbuds I've ever bought and I'm reporting the charge because I paid for defective headphones. I can't do anything with the headphones they don't properly connect at all they randomly disconnect and I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting them and if I lose them I can't locate them as well as I can't use the app unless I have them out of the container. I thought this would be a better replacement to AirPods but this was such a terrible choice and I wish I never bought this garbage for $150 is insane. They are overpriced cheap garbage

I'd recommend making sure that you try the earbuds with a few different devices to see whether the same connection trouble happens. I have had AirPod pro 2’s for years and they’ve had nothing but issues and I’m a strict apple user. If you have AirPod pros and you have problems, trash them and get these. Way more features and way better sound all around! Also they are aesthetically pleasing 🤗

The earbuds are terrific. The sound is awesome, the ANC shuts out everything. BUT, the connectivity to the app and the charging case are poor. Regularly when I'm using these earbuds one or the other will cut out requiring me to stop what I'm doing, place the buds back on the case and open it again. Only then will the buds reconnect. Also they regularly lose connectivity to the app. Terrific sound, terrible connectivity. C'mon Bose ..

Works well when it works. It cuts out usually about 20 minutes in and I have to reset it. Seems like I should get at least 25 minutes. 😆 Drops from Bluetooth constantly.

For the price I paid, the product is really sub-par...they don't connect...they disconnect...the voice controls turn on and off automatically or just don't work at all...sometimes only one connects and the other is silent...very frustrating product...i wish I hadn't lost my old ones

I bought the black Bose Quiet comfort earbuds today from Target the sound quality is excellent and they stay in my ear's and don't fall out I didn't even need to change the ear tips or stability bands just changed the earbuds and used them with the ear tips and stability bands that were already pre installed

I purchased these for drive up pickup. When I got home, I noticed the box had already been opened and they were clearly used. They were scratched, there was a hair inside the box and they looked greasy. I’m so annoyed they would try to sell them as new.

I looked at the Bose QC earbuds several times and just kept passing them by, but they went on sale for $129 and I couldn’t resist. So glad I got them. They are awesome. The sound quality is as good as the best I’ve heard, the noise cancellation is superb, way better than my Bose QC2 over the ear headphones. Couldn’t be happier.
