The sound is really rich and everything Bose is known for. I liked that when it worked, voice control, etc worked very well. However, it kept dropping out and didn’t play well with my iphone. I wish it had the same texting features the apple air pods have. But, for the quality of sound, can’t be beat.

I have had these for almost 6 months with use. The noise cancellation was amazing since my roommate is so loud at night, however, there is a rubber component of the earbuds that makes them comfortable in your ear. This rubber will come loose from time to time, and I have frequently lost it. Please buy a higher quality set of earbuds if you don't want this to happen to you.

So I purchased this and within 2 weeks the right bud quit working and the buds won’t stay charged for a full 8 hours! UGH!!

I got these for Christmas and haven’t even been able to use them much. Terrible quality! Randomly disconnects, one wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth on my brand new iphone randomly for 2 weeks and then suddenly started working again for no apparent reason. Frustrating to say the least! The sound is good, but does that really mean anything if it doesn’t work consistently?!

If you need them to connect to a PC, tablet, laptop, or basically anything besides a phone, good luck! It's going to constantly disconnect and cut out! Oh that "dual pairing" feature? Yea it's completely useless and never once works. If you try to switch between your PC audio and phone for example, it just turns them both off. The only positive reviews you are going to see are about their fit and sound quality which are both very good, but sort of useless if you can't even connect to your device half the time. Just search up reviews on reddit and you will find nothing but people failing to get these to connect to their macbook or any other non phone device. It's like Bose's quality testing team tries the headphones on one phone for like 2 seconds to see if they connect and then give them the green light. I used to be a huge fan of Bose but now I can see they've cheaped out and become the same garbage as everyone else. RIP Bose quality of the past

I purchased these in March and now it's April. One of the buds stopped working and a small piece broke off . The sound quality is really good though but it sucks that I haven't had them for so long and one of them is busted already. Mind you, I hardly use them.

I honestly never write reviews, but after I got these… I absolutely had to. Their quiet mode saved me when I had a migraine at a basketball game. They fit perfectly in the ear and don’t make them sore after wearing them for a long time and I love the style of them and how cute they look. The sound is great and aware mode is also helpful when you don’t want the noise cancelling on and want to be aware of your surroundings, it feels like it actually picks up noise from further away but still muffles it. I heard someone’s conversation from like 5 rows back! I can’t explain it but I 10/10 recommend.

Good: super comfortable (I have unusually small ears and this is nearly impossible), sound quality is really good and noise cancelation is excellent. Bad: the stability bands come off and twist too easily. I've lost 2 due to this, and it will also effect the charging if they are twisted wrong. Also, one earbud has stopped working after only a few months, but I'm outside of the return window, so I can't do anything about it. Super frustrating. They also don't connect everything i get them out and have to troubleshoot too often. May just be my pair.

The only reason I purchase this item was because my old 7 year old bose died on me. Basing my experience, I thought this new Bose would be a good investment. It was a bad investment. I purchased this item in October 2024. After 29 days the left ear bud would diconnect. I follow the troubleshooting procedures... it help. Now 3 months later, I'm having the same problem. I tried the same procedure to resolved the problem but it all invain. I used this accessory when I go to the gym. As you can imagine it gets nerve racking when it disconnects. Future buyers be warned!

These are the worst earbuds I've ever bought and I'm reporting the charge because I paid for defective headphones. I can't do anything with the headphones they don't properly connect at all they randomly disconnect and I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting them and if I lose them I can't locate them as well as I can't use the app unless I have them out of the container. I thought this would be a better replacement to AirPods but this was such a terrible choice and I wish I never bought this garbage for $150 is insane. They are overpriced cheap garbage

I bought the black Bose Quiet comfort earbuds today from Target the sound quality is excellent and they stay in my ear's and don't fall out I didn't even need to change the ear tips or stability bands just changed the earbuds and used them with the ear tips and stability bands that were already pre installed

I purchased these for drive up pickup. When I got home, I noticed the box had already been opened and they were clearly used. They were scratched, there was a hair inside the box and they looked greasy. I’m so annoyed they would try to sell them as new.

I really thought I was going to love these. Unfortunately, they’re horrible! Constantly having one bud stop playing. Fully battery so that’s not the issue. They are ultra sensitive to touch so if I accident brush one with my hand they will stop playing. I love my Bose headphones but these earbuds are not the same quality.
