Worked great for 6 months now people are saying when I speak in calls that my voice is breaking up. I tried all the troubleshooting tips on Bose website but no luck. I purchased these headphones to use on work phone calls.

I love these headphones. The noise cancelling is good, but no noise cancelling is perfect. The battery lasts so long. I’ve had these for quite awhile now, only charge once or twice a week. I listen to podcasts, audiobooks, and music for a large portion of my work day, so it really is a great battery life. These are also super easy to connect to and super comfy.

idk why this wouldnt come with a bluetooth adapter... my old bose did and they have lasted me three years. i use them for work taking phone calls.

These headphones broke exactly a year and a month after purchasing, right when the warranty expired. They died and never took a charge and started flashing orange and white. Such expensive headphones. Bose told me to just buy another pair.

no idea why these have such a high rating... the noise canceling is not that good at all. I bought these because i refused to spend $500 on airpods pros because i never use headphones but i love my airpods (however headphones are comfier) and while these are comfortable indeed, the sound leaks so easily. The volume not even halfway up the sound is LEAKING like can hear EVERYTHING so imagine being in a quiet place and you dont even have them up that loud but everyone around you can hear everything youre listening to. when i say not even halfway i mean like maybe quarter of the volume button....😭 but if youre just looking for comfort i would get these but dont expect them to be great quality with the aware and quiet modes because neither are that good (also when you change the modes people can definitely hear that regardless of how low you have your volume thats how bad it is) but i give it a 3 because the sound and the comfort is great and thats mostly what i wanted out of headphone experience

How are these noise cancelling?? I’m sitting here in Starbucks trying to study and I have classical music playing to focus and I can hear the Starbucks store radio still. When I’m at home studying, I can hear people talking and if the TV is too loud (which is not loud at all). These were specifically bought to be able to focus and not hear everything around me- fail. Seems like decent quality, has a good fit. I specifically bought this one as I Loved the corded option and to turn off Bluetooth as I don’t like the radiation coming from Bluetooth headphones. Overall- it did not cancel the noise like I was expecting

constant crackling static noise every thirty seconds. completely kills the vibe and made me wanna snap these headphones in half and throw them across the room. i hate bose for this now. three pairs and all did the same thing.

They don’t cancel all noise, while it does cancel most noise -there are other sounds it doesn’t. I had the full noise cancellation option and I could still hear my brothers music on his speaker. They were correctly on my head an ears and I could still hear. They also slip out of my head. I would definitely recommend other headphones if you can afford it.

Beautiful, crisp, clear sound. Good bass. Incredible battery life. I started using these right out of the box at 60% battery life. I’ve used these for probably 15-20 hours without charging yet and it has only dropped to 30%.

I LOVE these but…this is my second pair in three years because they break. And once one small oart brakes they are useless. I wish there was a repair bar or that the my were made better around durability. My first pair back in 2018 was very well made. The second pair was much more flimsy plastic and broke in half the time. Quality seems to be declining.

I would buy these headphones over and over again. I still have my original pair from 2018 that work perfectly still and I bought a new pair for my husband this year. A huge perk is the AUX cord it comes with so that you can use it on airplanes or your computer if you forget to charge the battery! Helps filter noise and is the perfect fit around your ear to really get in the zone. Highly recommend.
