Warning: High-Value Items Are Arriving Empty
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Target purchase. I ordered an expensive item (an iPad), and when the package was delivered, the box was completely empty. After checking other reviews, I realized this has happened to many other people, which is very concerning. What makes this even worse is that when I reached out to Target for help with clear proof and evidence that the package was empty they still refused to replace or refund my item. They did absolutely nothing to make this right. This was supposed to be a gift, and now I’m stuck dealing with multiple investigations even though I never received the product at all. It makes me genuinely sad because I used to enjoy shopping at Target, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. It really feels like they are not protecting or prioritizing their customers. I’m sharing this to warn others: Do NOT order high value electronics for delivery from Target. If you still choose to buy from them, I highly recommend in store pickup only, because items are clearly being stolen before they reach the customer. I really hope Target improves their shipping security and customer support no one should go through this.

Was so excited to buy my first iPad. Opened the box and saw tiny dents by the camera and a whole FINGERPRINT on the back. Clearly used, so disappointed that I have to go back to the store to exchange this.
