I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered this iPad for my elderly father and the box was delivered EMPTY. I called Target customer service and was told this is not the first time it has happened and was assured a case would be opened and it would be taken care of. I just got an email saying that the box (EMPTY box mind you) was delivered by the carrier so they will not be issuing a refund. Basically, Target just stole nearly $500 from my elderly father. This is so messed up. We ordered from Target over Amazon because we thought they were a company we could trust and we would not be scammed. Turns out, we would have had a better customer service experience (and probably actually gotten what we paid for) from literally anywhere else. DO NOT ORDER THIS. YOU WILL BE SCAMED AND STOLEN FROM. I am a loyal Target customer, but if this isn’t resolved I don’t think I can stomach shopping here ever again. I cannot believe this million dollar company is actually stealing from its customers. This is so disgusting.
