Meh.

I am a Bose fan, but these ease buds are just disappointing. I had a pair from 2019 that I loved and worked great until they fell out of my purse and got run over. So I bought these to replace them. The sound is good. The issues are that the silicone ear part doesn't hold in the bubs as well as my old ones did and I am constantly adjusting them so they don't fall out. The touch control on the buds is just not second as it was on the old ones. You have to program it and Eve still don't work like I want it to. It's also super sensitive and just kept flipping back and forth between awards and quite while I blow dried my hair. I also notice that the Bluetooth connection isn't as strong if I walk too far away from my phone I loose service.

Mostly Great Headphones

These headphones deliver excellent sound quality and are incredibly comfortable to wear. I initially deducted a star due to an issue where they wouldn’t connect simultaneously for two days. I was considering opening a warranty case, but after one more attempt, they miraculously worked again. Overall, I highly recommend these headphones for travel and everyday listening.

Repurposed Defective Product

Target sent me a returned item with seal broken. I brought it back to the store for refund. Customer service representative indicated that this item should have been damaged out along time ago because it was an item a customer opened and returned way back in June 2025. I can’t believe that Target standards in shipping damaged/defective products to customers is so low. Shame on you! Going forward, if I want to buy an electronic item, I will buy directly from the store. Never again!!

Look elsewhere for earbuds

Not worth your money. If these headphones were $50 or less, they would be okay, but the quality of the earbuds was horrible. They worked the first two weeks of use fine, and I was happy with them, but after that, they became a nuisance. I would use them to commute and for working out, but the sensor in them causes them to shut off with any sudden movement. I would not recommend at all. I ended up donating them, after spending a pretty penny on them. For this price, I would recommend you get literally any other earbuds. The case is also cheap plastic—sometimes I would put my buds in to charge, and they wouldn’t charge at all, or stay on even when they were in the case. I tried so hard to make them work, but it was just a headache.

Don't waste your money

THese are the best ear buds I've ever used. However, after only using them 2 hours a week for five months they are coming apart and won't hold a charge. What a waste of money. Target won't take them backand Boise has not answered me. I should have stuck with Apple - my old ones wore out after years of use. These have been sound but I can't keep replacing them every 5 months. Back to Apple I go

Still getting acquainted

The ear tips seem to fall off a bit to easily. I recently took them outdoors and had a lot of wind noise while walking. I did not have that issue with my previous Bose earbuds.

Good value

Good sounding buds, I like the fit. Noise canceling is just okay. Sometimes they are a little glitchy when listening to my music. You can’t talk softly on them, I have to use my regular sounding voice which can be a distracting when around a crowd.

Sound is great! Need XL ear tip attachments 😢☹️

I bought it a few weeks ago. I like the sound,but I am disappointed that I need XL ear tip attachments. They are not available for the color I bought.

Buy these for the price, not comfort or sound qual

This is my 4th Bose headphone/earbud purchase, and the most disappointing. I'll start with the fact that these buds have their own separate app rather than being integrated into the "normal" app that I use for all the others. The earbud fit was less than comfortable and I found the sound quality average at best. I now own 14 pairs of headphones and earbuds and these will most likely end up being used sparsely at best.
