  • A: I have the same question! I bought them, and the charger/dock has a *male* mini usb, it will plug into the base of my phone, but that's not meant to charge it.

    Stopped working a month in and they would not replace it

    These sounded great but stopped working a month in. Because they were replacements for another pair that had stopped working almost two years in, Jlab would not replace them because it was past the two year warranty. Save your money and spend it elsewhere, these aren't worth it.

    Smallest Tips won't fit my small ears

    Small ear canal and so the smallest silicone tip wouldn't fit. Ordered the cloud foam tips to try them out and fingers crossed that I'll be able to use them.
