Q: I have been charging my new batteries since 11:30 yesterday morning and the light is STILL red... why is it taking so long to charge when they said 5-9 hours? And yes I removed the plastic wrapping

Q: Why allow restricted to less than 4A? Devices utilizing 20+A for 50+ years. Powering other devices under 8A isn't worth our possession; especially when Ws & Vs be biggest concerns & As more fluid.
