A: The Flex Open have about 6hr of charge in then before you'd need to pop them back in the charger. If you use one while the other is charging, you'll always be covered.

A: It's touch sensitive but not a real button that clicks. It's honestly a little bit finicky. You can change what the touch controls do in the mobile app.

A: Hi Hope, great question! You can use multipoint to pair the Flex with multiple products via bluetooth. Super simple to do it. You pair the earbuds with the first product, then turn off bluetooth on the product you paired them with, and you'll hear the earbuds go back into pairing mode. Then you can pair the Flex with another product and both with send audio to the Flex!
