A: Just got these and tested this out. When using my iPhone and putting the volume at 75% or higher, others around you can hear what you are listening to very clearly. If volume is around 30-50% you can hear it but not as clearly or as loud.

A: It's touch sensitive but not a real button that clicks. It's honestly a little bit finicky. You can change what the touch controls do in the mobile app.

IPX4 means they are protected against splashing water from any direction. This level of protection makes them sweat-resistant and able to withstand light rain or splashes. However, they are NOT fully waterproof and should NOT be submerged in water. Avoid wearing them while swimming or in heavy showers. A: Hi Carifarrell, great question! The flex have an IP rating of IPX4 which means they are sweat resistant and splash resistant. So they won't last if submerged under water, but can easily be sweat on during a workout!

A single tap on the left earbud lowers the volume, while a single tap on the right earbud raises volume, for example.
