Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. “Open-ear listening” is not for me
I feel like I can’t experience the music and bass as immersively as I do when I use earbuds that go inside my ear canal and seal with rubber. Therefore, I feel the need to turn the volume up on these “open-ear” earbuds, which causes the treble to hurt my ears, and the bass still doesn’t feel loud enough. I do appreciate that these earbuds stay put. I am holding onto them as back-up earbuds for that reason. I am still on the hunt for earbuds that go inside your ear canal and also stay in place when you move a lot. The shape of the earbud also actually presses on the piece of cartilage just anterior to my ear canal when I wear an ear-warming headband or hat, which ends up hurting after a while.

I don't know if I'm wearing them wrong but sometimes the back portion of my ear will get a a bit fatigued but I love the fact they're not in my ear hole I can wear them at work and still hear everything that's going on around me the quality of the salary is excellent

Don't waste your money
Received these for my birthday in October 2024. Had to request a warranty replacement because one of the earphones didn’t work. Received replacement. Replacement works for a month then quits. Poor quality product.

Great headphones just one problem
I love Shokz headphones and this pair is pretty cool. My only complaint is if you have small ears the part that directs music in your ears presses on the side of your ear in, any position, and can leave it sore after awhile.

They are very cute and while I agree they are lightweight they sit very odd on my ear and they hurt. Overall I was not very impressed. They do stay on fine when you run but im not so much of a runner that having to tap my normal buds back in completely derails my run.

I have inflammation in the cartilage of my ears making it impossible to wear air pods, ear buds anything going into my ears and around my ears. . . I am very disappointed in this product. It does not hold a charge for even 8 hours. If you store them charged in the case, they may not be charged when you take them out. I am also finding them connecting to my phone when I have them charging in the drawer. I lose the call because I cannot hear the person. I would not recommend.

A great option for fitness enthusiasts!
They are indeed comfortable, very user-friendly, and the sound does come through; however, I wish the grip was tighter around my ear so I would feel them bouncing whenever I run or when I'm doing any variation of ploy, jumps, or explosive exercises. Nonetheless, they are indeed good and worth the price for what they give, so I'd recommend them.
