Horrible I went from having a Probeats to purchasing the Bose and they were not what I expected. Poor quality and I barely could hear and I had to constantly keep repeating myself to who I was speaking with because they couldn't hear me. I returned them and never to repurchase again.

Great Product Until It Stopped Working
I loved these for the first 3 months I had them and then the battery case stopped working well. I can only get one ear bud to charge at a time and have to keep the case on the charger or else it just continually drains battery and the case and the earbuds die. I haven’t been able to get both earbuds to be fully charged in months. Bose support was no help and said they’d send me a replacement for $200 which is what I paid for these on sale in the first place. Will not be buying from Bose again as I cannot believe these weren’t covered under some sort of 6 month warranty at the very least.

Looks and sound great, fitment poor for my ears
I bought these as the in-ear buds in general were causing inner ear issues. Generally pleased with them. Would give 3.5 stars if I could. My first Bose earphones. The sound is very good, maybe the best way to describe the sound is full, vibrant and complete. The build quality is excellent and the aesthetics are excellent, they are a beautiful design. The fitment is innovative but doesn't fit my ears well. When I press the bud into my ear, the sound is amazing but the speakers dont sit close to my ear canal when relying on the fitment. I think the universe fitment doesn't match my ear which is disappointing. Great sound and looks but pricey for them to not fit my ears well.

Amazing sound and comfort with just one quirk
I am extremely impressed with the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds! The design is brilliant – they are incredibly lightweight and so comfortable that I completely forget I'm wearing them. The sound quality is superb, offering amazing clarity and a surprisingly deep space without blocking your ears at all. The only minor downside is that the Bose Music app doesn't show the exact battery percentage of the charging case, so you have to rely on the LED light indicator on the case itself. Other than that, everything is absolutely perfect so far. Highly recommend them!

Outer ear Bose with hearing aids
So far I like these a lot. I have hearing aids and these work with those. I.had to take a little more time getting the outer ear Bose in the best position for the best sound.

Clamp is to loose
Not for active user. I lost one ear piece with in a week of occasional wearing and there is no replacement for it. I do not recommend it!

Not impressed
I was looking for some earbuds that would work after I take my contacts out at night. My headphones start bothering me after a while when wearing glasses. I'm not a huge fan of earbuds because with my tiny ears they hardly ever stay in place and the around the ear kind don't work well with glasses either. I looked at these and the Shokz OpenDots. Unfortunately, there were just too many issues to be satisfied with these. They don’t stay in my ears well and I'm constantly having to adjust the fit. I never get to the point I can't tell I'm wearing them. Second they constantly disconnect altogether when using multipoint pairing. I purchased these on sale ($229) and they still were not worth the price. The Shokz OpenDots are much better imo, I have no issues keeping them in my ears or with pairing etc, and they don't interfere with my glasses. The full price is considerably lower as well.

While the sound quality was incredible, I’ve had a lot of connectivity issues. They will randomly disconnect from my phone, sometimes one, sometimes both. They will not connect to the charger, whether I use the cord it came with or not. The more I use them the more issues I’m having. For this price point I expected better.

Disappointing earbuds
Great Fit, But No One Can Hear Me I am highly disappointed with this product. I gave it 1 star because the main reason I bought these earbuds does not work.While they fit perfectly in my ear, they are useless for phone calls. I can hear the other person perfectly clear, but they cannot hear me at all. To have a conversation, I am forced to either shout at the top of my lungs or turn off Bluetooth completely and switch to my phone's speaker.Looking through the other reviews, I see that I am not the only person experiencing this exact issue. This is clearly a widespread defect with the microphone. The manufacturer needs to fix this design flaw immediately. I do not recommend buying these if you need to make phone calls.

Perfect!
I have tried 3 different earbuds. Apple, Raycon and Bose. I don’t know why I ever thought someone else could beat Bose. I love these open air earbuds. They work perfectly everyday. Charge fast. Beautiful sound with both audiobooks and streaming music. I love them. My third Bose product since 2010. All still going strong.

I bought these because the Samsung live buds are no longer manufactured. I liked the open ear concept but I also liked the fit. Unfortunately the only downfall I have is that when I am on a phone call it is very hard for people to hear me. People say it sounds like I am far away and they can hear a lot of my background noise which with my Live buds that was never an issue. For as much as I use them to make phone calls I am really thinking about returning these as they would not be good for the gym which is where I took my Live buds and brought these to work.
