These are so much better than I anticipated! The sound absolutely blew me away. My first time using them I had a huge smile across my face. The sound quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Bose. The design is wonderful and well made. The charging case is small, sleek and easy to charge/use. I love the way these earbuds fit. Good battery life too. The only teeny tiny gripe I have is that it hurts a tad to use these if you have earrings going up your ear (like I do) but once I took my earrings out there were perfect.

The inclusion of Auto Volume, which intelligently adjusts the audio to my environment, is another standout feature that enhances the overall experience. The build quality of the earbuds themselves feels premium and robust, exactly what you'd expect from a Bose product. However, if I had one minor critique, it would be the strength of the magnet on the charging case. While it's not weak enough to cause the earbuds to fall out, a stronger closure would provide a more reassuring feel. While the price point might be a barrier for some, the exceptional audio quality, unparalleled comfort for sensitive ears, and the crucial ability to remain aware of your surroundings make the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds a worthwhile investment for the right person. They are amazing. They don’t hurt my ears and they don’t fall out of my ears. That is a problem I have had with other ear buds. I love the color also.

I have had them 2 weeks and the only issue I have is with the volume you can’t turn them up on a phone call

I can not get the earbuds to fit my ears to hear the best sound. If I press them into my ears the sound is better, but not able to keep them there.

I got these as a Christmas gift. I'm still weighing in my decision.

These are the most comfortable ear buds I've ever had! Sometimes I forget I'm wearing. The battery lasts my entire day at work too. 10/10, would purchase again!

I love these. They are so comfortable I forget they are on sometimes. I would buy this product again! Oh and did I mention I ordered them in the afternoon and they were literally in my driveway THE NEXT DAY! I was impressed.

Overall good sound and I enjoy the stereo vs immersion settings. I also love the comfort. I do not love the connectivity glitches/static, issues reconnecting after switching devices, etc. I also don't like that they don't stop playing when I take them out of my ears like the Quiet Comfort headphones.

Comfortable and the sound is amazing...Maybe with a future update, wireless charging would be great...

The ultra open ear buds are premier. The fact they are out of inner ear let's you hear things around you yet at same time hear the awesome Bose sound reproduction.

My kids got me these for birthday present they are amazing. So is great style is great just getting the hang on how to put them in my ears and how to work them, but I love them and I would not trade them for any other brand of EarPods

I’ve had them a few weeks now and I’m a fan. Love the color, and love how they actually stay in my ears unlike AirPods. Also love that I can still hear what’s going on around me (I don’t necessarily want these for noise cancelling). I’ve noticed a little glitchy noise here and there sometimes when they are first connecting to my phone but really no complaints at all. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Apple AirPods - they were constantly falling out of my ears and it drove me crazy.

I bought these to run the crescent city classic and they were incredible throughout the race. Great feel, fit and function!!!

I was skeptical at first, but they sound amazing. They aren't for people looking for noise suppression. I was not looking for noise cancelling, I was looking for something that sounded great but I could still be aware of the surrounding environment. I have not been disappointed, I really love not having that sticky gooey ear wax feeling.
