Bose x Kendra Scott Ultra Open Earbuds - Gold Filigree

I bought online, never opened the box and disappointed that I can't return them. Bought as a Christmas gift and realized the person I was buying for already had Bose. More disappointed with the companies not allowing return than I am with the item(since never opened).

Just bought these yesterday! They fit weird in my ears, and don’t feel as safe in my ears, my Apple air pods fit way more snuggly than these Bose ones, and I had my husband call me to see what it sounds like using the Bose ones during a phone call and he said I sounded super muffled, with my Apple air pods he said I was wayyyyy more clear! The Kendra Scott Bose ones DO look SOOOO COOL!!! But then after only using them maybe 30 minutes I’m already hearing crackling noises, maybe I ended up with defective ones? All in all, I have to return them. Phone calls are muffled, they don’t fit snuggly the way Apple AirPods do, and they already started sounding like they have static in them after 30 minutes. For fashion- get them they look so cool! For someone that is active and will use them for work and take a lot of phone calls with them, don’t get them.

First time using Bose products and I’m really impressed with the amount of detail and craftsmanship in these earbuds. Was skeptical at first because they just clip onto your ears, but was surprised how comfortable and easy they are to use. The sound quality is amazing. I like how clear and smooth the sound is. The case holds a charge for a long time, left them in my purse for almost a week without needing to charge again. Really durable, dropped the case and buds but everything was still fine. The gold accents are a nice touch, give a luxury look. Can be matched with gold jewelry. You’re supposed to use the app with these as they allow you to connect different devices and customize the sound settings. But, I just use them for my phone so I didn’t feel it was necessary. Overall, I’m really happy with these and plan on exploring more Bose products.

I ordered this item while it was available online. After waiting two hours and no response I finally went to the store. They finally marked the product unavailable after I was charged for them.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!!! I received a defective earbud and since these are nonrefundable I can’t return or even exchange them. I paid $380 for 1 earbud!!!! Don’t buy these ! The quality is okay but definitely not $380 worth, target cs and Bose cs were no help at all.

Before I say anything about the functionality of these ear buds, I’m going to say these are absolutely beautifully designed. The gold filigree is perfect. I LOVE how they look on me!!! Okay with that out of the way, down to the details. I gave my case a full charge before using. I downloaded the Bose app to my phone. Once fully charged, I connected them to Bluetooth. I started playing music and this is where I was able to find the best fit and sound settings. For me, the fit is comfortable no matter how I wear them but the sound quality is best when they are angled slightly downwards. The Bose app is very helpful in getting everything set up. It also offers the option for various modes (stereo and immersion), EQ (bass and treble), Immersive Audio (off, still or motion) and more. A full charge lasts for quite some time and the earbuds charge in the case. You can use one or both earbuds. Each one plays a sound once you remove from the case and put in your ear to confirm the Bluetooth connection. You can tap on the side of them once to pause or resume play or answer a call, twice to skip forward to next song, three times to jump backwards. Overall, a solid set of ear buds and stunning design. Very VERY happy with them. Thank you!!

Disappointed in this product it loses connection and stop connecting you have to reinstall bad technology or software

I bought the ultra open ear buds less than a month ago and so far I love them.... So easy to pair and the clarity is great 👍 thinking of purchasing a second pair

I bought these about a month ago and I love being able to hear all around me when I'm wearing them. They work one at a time on either side as well. They sound very lovely, and I listen to everything from rock to opera to folk music all in one sitting. I would have given them 5 stars except the clicking controls and I don't work very well together.

I have had this Earbuds for a couple of weeks and use them every day. PRO - sound is great and clear - fit is easy and secure - the speed of and amount of charge in the hanging case for the buds is unexpectedly adequate CON - instructions are sparce - I cannot get the buds to answer an incoming phone call - The charging case could use wireless charging option

I love these! These were a little bit difficult to get into my ear initially because I couldn’t figure that out, but after I watched the tutorial inside of the app, it was easy Peezy. They look so cute on and don’t hear my ear and omg the sound is amazing!

These are really good for music, but they are not that great for phone calls in my opinion. Everyone that I’ve spoken to on the phone while wearing them says theres a terrible echo. When i swap to my skullcandy headphones theres no echo. Overall decent for music, and comfortable on your ears.

The sound is good. Design also good for my running.

I loveeee my ultra buds. So easy to use. I have never been able to wear ear buds because my ears are so little. Con.. I can’t really talk on the phone. My voice isn’t alway clear to the recipient.

Love these earbuds. Sound quality is excellent. These are also so comfortable, can't even tell you have these on. Much needed replacement for the earbuds that I was using that wouldn't stay in my ears.
